They already brought up this when they changed it so you can plug in implants without pausing. I think part of the issues is having different implant sets when switching which changes the training time which is why for the moment you have to pause...

There really is no need for this other then because you don't want to grind standings. You should not be able to JC to WHs, you can JC to any station in null that lets you install a clone and with standings you can put them through out high and lo...

You want specific examples and then gave your self 2. Any missions where you don't have to kill tons of enemies and where speed can be useful. There are plenty of them. And with the Medium MJD coming out I suspect BC will be used more for mission...
