CCP just made it so that R.A.M.s don't take damage any more(as of Crius), instead you make 100 per batch and use the relevant amount. Why would CCP change this just to make another item go right back to what they didn't want items to be???

Eve used to have mines, they were taken out because there were thousands of them scattered everywhere eating up the server loads and because it wasn't gameplay, more like hoping to get an easy kill with next to no effort.

you want an ambush device get a bubble, an ESS in null, a HIC, anything that can instalock/disrupt. What you are proposing would put way to much power into 1-2 people. A device that can do 400k damage is completely ridiculous. Drain the entire cap...
