Focus-fire nerf. Make it sig radius based and take into account the size of the weapons being stacked. IE, you can hit a battleship with more cruiser weapons before penalties than you can battleship weapons.

I really, REALLY want to be able to queue up skill training, maybe as few as 5 skills that trained automatically would make all the difference to Eve, and my real life. Oh, and it would HAVE to work.

COMPLETE Outpost and POS overhaul.
More functionality for POS's like renting out research labs to non-corp members. Customizable permisisons so corp members can have their own "home" POS. Give Outpost owners control over jump gates. Add ability to build jump gates between outposts. Make outposts (and subsequently their jump gates) destructable. Stop CONCORD from killing opponents of war-dec'd POS's in Empire. Maybe add a (very) slow building, efficient assembly array, a resistance debuffer battery (e.g. lowers EM resistance 40%), etc...

Ie the player would hire 1-n NPC ships of various sizes, they would then follow and defend the player, but not aid in attacking another player. This would allow a Player to hire ships to protect him when moving solo through risky space. but not be able to gank with them. I think the player would also be restricted to using autopilot for jumping with the fleet. The fleet would follow the player and wait outside a station until the player release them, like a taxi the meeter keeps running the longer you have them hired.

After a long thought ..
If i Head Janitor for the day I would sit in a chair in front of the laptop with some beers and pizza and reply to AS MANY (try to get all) threads as i could with PERSONAL OPINION and HONEST replies. In essence id give to community what it wants the most and thats a genuine DEV/GM/CCP resposnse.

My suggestion would be an in-game corporation production queue management system or interface where corp members can add items to their shopping carts (perhaps by browsing blue prints) and check out, while corp production management would be able to produce and deliver those items, with the whole system automatically keeping track and debiting ISK and/or minerals.

a way into jove space, via exploration and research, considered as part of an escalating path of new eden's birth
all historians have to spend years collecting data and info about the past, the jovians are the key to the secrets of EVE's past
a gate at a secret location (done through exploration and discovering several unusual keys/items/documents)
an activation key/code/sequence (done through invention of the above products)
limited user interaction within Jove space (ppl will find 1 of several entrances into jove space, the portal can only be activated once, thus either the discoverer's corp/ alliance or himself are allowed in when the gate is activated)
time limit jove interaction ( limited time within jove space before jove set u to negative and shoot to kill)
community knowledge ( community informed about a discover who opens it ( identity can be withheld apon request)
(all these are considered as part of the discover idea, which is basically an add on to exploration, invention and NPC interaction)

Move drones and fleet control out of overview.
Maybe modal windows (like contracts for example) with drag and drop possibility with full and compact mode. Having a huge number of drones in carriers is a pain :/

I would love if Starbases would get an overhaul primarily with the ability to link all online corp hangar arrays (and other pos items with hangar divisions) within 1.500m of eachother with the ability to give members personal hangar space. ceo/directors should be able to "clear" a member hangar in case of people leaving corp, going inactive or otherwise blocking the arrays...
Besides that a more fluid combat system around the starbases would be necesary - most likely a Pos Behaviour panel would be in place to assign guns to react on ship classes and focus fire without haxing like the old RA standing trick.
Also a POS module for insuring your ships would be in place...

Proposal The ability to select targets manually if at a starbase when it is under attack.
Explanation: I believe there were skills originally introduced to support this. Lets use them. Nothing worse than seeing a a blob come in to take advantage of game mechanic of cycling targets.
To balance, this CCP could reduce the rate of fire or a longer period of time to switch targets.

Basically i'd set up a clear development plan and (re-)assign manpower according to that. The basic roadmap wrt content is there, most bugs are known, and what the playerbase thinks (could be) clearly outlined. What needs looking at is how the stuff that needs to be done is prioritised.
Some examples to outline the point (these are *not* additional points ;-) )
Example #1: i've never had a single crash from using the overview, yet some bug got fixed. On the other hand there are many people having issues with realtek sound devices that cause crashes.
Example #2: Loads of new eye-candy came in to missions etc with revelations, causing content to be laggy, yet the general lag issue is not yet sorted out.
Example #3: some modules are out-of-date stats-wise (i.e. best named equal to or better than TII), yet we already have new shiny toys (like rigs....which rock btw, don't get me wrong ;-) )
Example #4: there are some obvious (and some not so obvious) gameplay balancing issues (nanos, plex farmability, over-nerfed TII ammo and, big one, the steep safety difference between 0.5 and 0.4 sec systems), yet Lvl 5+ missions (which will mean more balancing issues between lvl 4 and lvl 5, low-sec rewards vs high-sec rewards etc) are on the boards.

I suggest imposing a velocity multiplier, very much similar to the current agility & warp speed stats, that would be dependent on ship type & race.
Then in combination with any 'nano module nerf', ships that exceed their max velocity multiplied by this multiplier should suffer structural damage per second and hopefully as a result we will get back to sensible combat flying speeds for all the various classes. Working POS:es.
The numerous POS bugs, plus the standings limit (not being able to set standings to alliances, 300 standings maximum) makes POS warfare and management a nightmare. The worst part is that POS:es are vital for 0.0 warfare - and with the New Eden War going on with more player corporations on each side than you can count it becomes even more of an headache!
My solutions are:
- Ability to set standings for alliances at Outposts and Starbases, this one is a given. -Fix the number of fuel/reinforced bugs (like reinforced timers and sov loss/gain!) - Starbase tactical officer skill allowing to set up an "overview" for the guns; thus allowing for - POS guns focus fire, dreads don't have to worry about deathstars anymore with the HP boost. Guns should matter in a siege. - Separate standings for the forcefield and the guns (Shoot reds, let only alliance in etc.)
