A sort by region tab on your sell orders and buy orders.
In fact overhaul the whole wallet and market and combine them in a way. I should be able to see my balance from the market screen. I should also be able to change corp wallets from the market screen. There are many many things that should change to make things easier in this subject.
Take a good hard look at the mining and industrial side of EVE and give it a little love.

Rebuild spacial physics entirely.
I for one am tired of watching weapons fire and the like* (both enemy and my own) passing through structures, asteroids, stations and other ships without effect. I list the following as short reasons why it should be changed:
1: Realism (yes, I know its a computer sci-fi game, but my credulity only stretches so far) 2: Tactics.
Why tactics? Simple. PvP: During engagements, those in smaller ships who are taking a pounding can move behind colleagues/allies who are in larger craft so as to avoid fire for a precious may be 5/10 seconds to get a clean cycle or two from their reppers. It also massively changes how both assaulters & assaultees deal with combat in relation to PoS warfare.
PvE/Mining: Similar to the above, but adding in also the prospect for miners to literally take cover behind an asteroid on the far side from the default warp in points, giving said miners vital time to align and warp away from rats/pirates.
* Weapons is obvious, by "and the like" I mean things that require a rational LoS on the target, so NoS, Webbers (not sure about Scrams, I'd need to give that some thought). Things like ECM/ECCM, as they are based on UHF/VHF/Magnetics/Gravitonics would NOT be affected by LoS.

I`d bring the Jove to players. See it as the other side of the coin. Empire Space would be the one side and jove the other. Jove space should be also safe like empire and the space between both should be fought for. This way you could join one of the empire races or be a jovian. This could also lead for empire vs jove empire battles, can bring a lot of new tech-stuff to fight for, adds depth to the whole universe and would just be cool.
Maybe i`d make it the way Jove needs to be unlocked (maybe after 6 or 12 month of play). I`d also introduce new technology for the empire to be nearly equal.
The overall concept could also be integrated in the factional warfare as you can decide to battle either for empire or jove and so on.

Line of Sight (LoS) was already covered by Emrys Ap'Morgravaine, so my vote is for true customizability. When building a ship, you can modify the blueprints, combine a Thanatos blue print with a capital drone bay blueprint and sacrifice some shield emitters for the space. Take a Moros and add some more hard points but sacrifice some armor plating for the reinforcements. Combine a tractor beam with a web and fit that onto your ship so you can drag enemy ships (rats or players) right into you. Combine a missile with an artillery piece creating seeking rounds with incredible range. This would of course require missile and projectile skills, along with custom ammunition and custom built guns. Think of it as sliding a missile into a 1400mm artillery. There would of course be a whole host of new skills required, both to pilot these creations and build them. Think of them as T3. In theory there shouldn't be to much extra load on the system because it could be setup just like the current module system is, when it comes down to processing and the rest.

Make eve bigger, double the size or something, make it vast again, make us feel lost in space again.
Open jov space.
LoS shooting and on various mods.
Make the Corp chat window have editable settings like player created channels, MoTD etc so CEOs can use this as a tool, would be very handy.
Make "Orbit" function actuly work, rather than having to second guess your speed/agilty stats and pick the right orbit to get the one you actuly want. ie no more setting to 15k or something to get 18k orbit. Shadow Company

I would love to see a complete change in the way ships fly.
I want my space vehicle to act as if it is being accelerated through a medium without meaningful gravitational forces to act on it. That means I want a ship to behave much more realistically.
All of your starships designs should then adhere to a real physical model not just a stylistic one.
