With its MWD active, a shield Rupture is now slower and no more agile than a shield vexor. That seems pretty wrong given that the vexor is crushingly superior in terms of dps:tank.

If the thorax is the 'attack' cruiser and the vexor is the 'combat' one, why are their speeds so similar? For shield tanked setups with no speed-affecting mods, the thorax MWDs at 1.99 km/s while the vexor does 1.91. That's hardly a decisive diffe...

GMP applying to unguided missiles is a really massive buff - I'd argue that at the very least, rockets really don't need it and are very strong as is. Might be worth increasing their base explosion radius by 20-25% to compensate.

If you have maxed probing skills and the 10% hardwiring, you only need a partial virtue set to get a 100% hit on an "unprobeable" ship - you only need to spend a few hundred mill. Also, a full virtue set is ~2b at current prices, not 5.

The range on the Amarr one's neuts seem rather underwhelming - 12 km is barely beyond scram range (and within if you're running links). Also, unless I've modeled its cap bonus incorrectly, it could really use a third mid for an injector.
