With an AB + Armor rigs surely you won't actually be fast enough to get even a BC fitted with an MWD locked down? As for catching up to an MWD fit Cruiser/HAC/Recon you wouldn't have a chance.

You're as well to fit 1200's as well, even if you have the grid for 1400's. If you actually look at into it, especially with reloading taken into account, 1400's do like 2% more DPS than 1200's, with roughly a 20% drop in tracking.
