Blarpy ftw. It's a great little blaster ship that be able to beat most frigate sized vessels in a fight. Only things it gonna struggke against are cepters that stay out of web range, but you can say that about a lot of ships.

Well i fit my Devoter with an MWD, 2x Webs, 2x 1600 plates, an 800 plate and some hardeners. Its not very fast, agile or clever and it doesnt do any damage. But there aint nothing thats gonna get away from it once it gets those webs locked in.
