223. WTF is it with Steam flogging ancient games these days ... - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Steam can collect info on your PC specs (if you let them), maybe they noticed that a lot of users are using old desktops or laptops which can only run the older games. Though there haven't been many new PC releases worth getting recently.

224. International opinion on Afghanistan - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
We've created these problems for ourselves because we meddled in the business of other countries. For example the US armed the Afghan fighters because they were fighting the Russians, who at the time were the enemy, had they not done that the Ta...

225. Being the oldest (I am complaining) - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
I found as the oldest you're going to get in trouble what ever happens, so you might as well have some fun . Of course I've never been very keen on responsibility and avoid it where ever possible.

Originally by: Meiyang Lee Originally by: Kurfin I rather like GTA4 To be fair to Rockstar they didn't just leave the game broken, they have now fixed a lot of the issues with the game which is more than some developers can be b...

230. Ever driven a car lighter than you? - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Makes the Ariel Atom look a bit porky. I'd still prefer the Atom of course, even if it does do 1306 mpg less.

231. EA's new DRM - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
This is why game developers stopped releasing demo's. They didn't want the public to know how horribly **** their games are. How many people would have bought GTA IV, knowing that it's nothing but a pile of uncoded ****e? How many people would hav...

Originally by: RedClaws If they would makes games cheaper and longer they'd sell more. I don't buy stuff for 50Ç that only gives me 5 hours of fun (half life 2...) In fact, I bet that if they reduce all game prices by half they'd have m...

236. EA's new DRM - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Originally by: Irida Mershkov Originally by: MooKids At least Steam has an offline mode. Maybe if EA spent more time on making GOOD games instead of DRM, they wouldn't need DRM. They do make good games, very very few of them, an...
