i just hauled my carrier 5 jumps through lowsec (3 jumps of which were INSIDE ARIDIA i felt so baller when i lived) to resupply our wormhole because our jump freighters were busy elsewhere... and to be honest... I dont think this is THAT BAD... ...

they bumped the regular tempest as an experiment and when we asked (myself included) if they were simularly buffing the TFI and vargur then answer was "nope" which was at the time explained as a "this is an experiment and will not stay for long" p...
