If it has an x86 processor and a graphics card supporting dx8/9 and running mac/a popular linux distro/windows and having about 512mb of ram, of course!
If not..err, well, it won't run.

well it has 120 gigs h/d runs windows vista ... so i think its looking pretty good wouldnt you say ?

If it runs Vista (and has 3D acceleration) it should be ok. If it actually can run the Aero interface of Vista (you know, the bells-and-whistles, not only the basic system), it will run EVE, as the Aero desktop has higher system requirements than the classic client. Screen resolutions may be an issue (EVE requires a minimum of 1024x768 pixels, if I am correct).

yes.
i think chribba (?) had it running on a smartphone or a PDA. apparently it was only anygood for in-station malarky.
