I thought I'd seen them all (with the exception of some of series 5), however I do not remember this episode at all. I'm gona say Borgs, since they're nano modified :P
As to Ithor I though the ground was rarely walked upon (which Wedge kind of didn't care about :P ). All you had to do to see it is to lean across the floating ships bow :)

But i think its the race, that Created the Protoss and the Zerg ... i dont know the name though, i cant find it on inet, and i lost the booklet :-/
I was about to say Q, but someone beat me to it, and i cant remember him / thim creating 3 races, though he is childish :D
