The "warp" visual effect comes up before actually in warp but directly after enganging "Warp To": Screenshot
This happened to me with the following graphics settings (seems to only come up in WINDOWED mode):

Harbinger calibration points still bugged.
Trying to use a total 3 rigs summing 300 calibration points and at the 3rd installation getting the message :
"You cannot fit the Energy Collision Accelerator because your ship cannot handle it. Your ship can only fit so many upgrades as each interferes with its calibration and past a certain point your ship is rendered unusable."

i used to have that problum a few years back in EVE, with like the same settings as u even window mode and ua your right it only showed up in window mode back then as well , except LOD since they dident have that option and with a ati 9500 back then, so its eather the card, or its the same or simular bug as before, cause when they do these major patches, Aincent bugs do attend to come back ___________________

Was able to earlier today but now both this account and my second cannot log in. I've deleted cache no help. I can login to the character selection and select Atar and just get the message "Entering game as Atar" and the bar moves across to the end and that's it, just sits there. ![Crying or Very sad](/images/icon_cry.gif)
Oh and I can log in with another character, just my two mains (of course!!!) |

my main is also stuck. have raised a petition if that helps.
Bug: With Merge Items and Ships into station menu bar selected.. in the items tab using Icon View, i have 4 icons displayed wide, so there is 1 item off the side of the screen, you can just see the edge of the item.

I got this too, I fixed it by removing the msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll from the bin directory. Vivox won't work but you'll be able to load the game.
What is Vivox? Anyway it is still bug.

Note that if a skill isn't training currently, it will show me how long to the next level as designed.
This may have started with earlier builds (am pretty sure, but not positive), but is definitely a bug in build 27391.
Ach...this was supposed to be posted by Etienne Merten...but got this alt I'm using to test corp mgmt stuff...sorry.
And now, after 20 minutes of futile attempts to get the mouseover to show me the time remaining, it suddenly works. OK..will see if I can recreate the condition more specifically.

Gun station sentry aggression bug
If you attack a player outside a station, the guns start shooting you. But if you eject from your ship and board it again, the guns will not shoot at you, although the aggression timer is still ticking. The guns will lock you, but aren't shooting.

27439 - Crash (machine reboot) while in battle.
This morning tried some missions witha Rokh and all was fine. After this patch this afternoon (27439) went to do another mission. Enter deadspace, see 8-10 NPCs which start attacking me. I attempt lock onto target (15-20s to aquire lock). A few NPC lock onto me, then the rest within this time frame. When all NPC's are attacking sound goes crazy then machine reboots.
I reenter game in warp, return to previous location and try an warp out. Same thing happens, I get 2-3 NPC's attacking me at first, then when the rest attack machine reboots before I can warp out. Happened 3 times in a row.

Defender missile size: the capacity of the rocket launcher has been reduced with the reduction of the size of the missiles/ammunition but the size of the defender missiles is still 0.05, so a rocket launcer with a 0.15 m3 capacity will hold only 5 defender missiles instead of the 10 possible in RMR. Tested on Arbalest rocket launcher.

Problem: After assembling the Myrmidon to make it active, and activating it, the model of the ship is not loaded. It is possible to fit the ship and to undock from the station. After undocking, in space, the model of the Myrmidon is fine and visible, but the model disappears again if I try to dock, and then station environment is not loaded.

Drones are still a little bugged. When you get within drone scoop range, it won't even pop up with the "scoop to drone bay", it will only come up with "scoop to cargo bay".Then when you are out of scoop range, the "scoop to drone bay" will come up, but when you try to scoop them it gives the "can't scoop becuase you are Xkm from the drone".
Also there are rare times when you dock into the station that the station services won't come up. It will allow you to undock and talk in chat, etc. but the station services never upload. ![Mad](/images/icon_mad.gif)

Cloaking device will not operate at all. Tested when within 2 k of station and got error message "you cannot cloak within 2k" as expected but once clear of all nearby objects cloak does not operate.

It seems that as soon as I fire on something or it fires on me, the client crashes hard. By hard I mean my system reboots.
Quick system specs: Pentium Core2 Duo 6600 Asus P5W-DH Deluxe Mobo (has onboard hi-def, 8-channel audio) 2 gigs RAM @ 800MHz, dual channel setup ATI 1950 XTX
Nothing is overclocked, all drivers are current including the ATI Catalyst set that was just released, and the interior of the case is so cool I could store meat in there. I have tried resetting all the Catalyst panel options to the defaults ("let application decide") for anisotropic filtering, anti-aliasing, disabled adaptive anti-aliasing, etc. I have no problems with Tranquility or with any other game or application.

Unfortunately I have no dump files, presumably because the system reboots before they can be written. I do have a log file, which is here: Log
Oh, the spontaneous reboot happens when running windowed as well as full screen, which surprised me.

Problem: Random Crash To Desktop
System: Taisy (though not restricted to that system)
Description: I have had random CTDs for a while on Tranq but they can be weeks apart, however since trying Revelations (Build 2.14.27483), it's considerably worse. I have now crashed to desktop 4 times in the last 25 minutes. It's quite random also in the activity I'm doing when it drops - one occasion was when undocking, another was when in warp (after restarting client following another crash).
PC Details: Athlon X2 4400, Generic nVidia 7800gt 256mb, 2Gb Corsair XMS CAS2.5 (2x1Gb twinned pair), ASUS mainboard that includes nForce4 chipset/NIC. I run EVE client in 1024x768 Windowed mode on primary monitor (no DX apps running on second monitor) and have tried it with FSAA switched on and off.
OS is Windows XP Professional XP2, fully up-to-date with all critical updates. I do use Sygate Personal Firewall but have set this to 'Allow All' during the tests. Connected to the internet via Netgear DSL router and ~4Mb ADSLMax connection using Demon UK ISP. Connectivity was fine on all other apps at these times (IRC, MSN, TS etc).
Note: It doesn't appear to get any time to write any error logs and history log shows nothing but the client startup. Note2: To get onto Sisi, I copied my main game folder, deleted cache folder and cleared all logs before running update.

newest client (27483) makes me crash when I engage in combat...
I was trying the Myrmodian with 2 dampeners... was gonna try it on a Rokh, and it crashed... Then I relogged and shot my railguns on a NPC hauler - and crashed!
btw, my Myrmodion is invincible inside the station ![Very Happy](/images/icon_biggrin.gif)

scooping drones to drone bay seems bugged. When you are MORE than 1500 m from a drone in space you have the click option to scoop to dronebay (then it says you are not close enough if you try and do it).
When you get to 1499.9999999 m the option disappears, probably a < or > sign misplaced in the code?

Autopilot destination doesn't change after jumping to the next sistem.
Example: Going from sistem A to sistem D, passing throu B and C, after jumping to B the autopilot still try to seach the jump gate to B, even if you are already in sistem B.
Putting or removing items in cargo/drone bay while in a station doesn't change your free space. Seems only related to packaged items (drones, ammunition, and others packed items). Free space change only after undocking.

Ships cargo bay space AND drone bay space meters doesnt update in the GUI. You cant put too much stuff in there, so the client keeps track of how much it is, it just doesnt display it.

* Map doesnt remember that you want it in Flattened Mode. You enable flattened mode, exit map and enter again and the system has forgotten it and is back in normal 3D mode. Also some GUI bugs with the button to switch on and off flattened because of this bug.
* Autopilot doesnt update route when you travel between systems. So you can only travel 1 system and then it doesnt work anymore after jump. If you go into the map, the autopilot immediately updates the route and continues on its travels.
* Right clicking anywhere in space and selecting "Show solarsystem in map browser" only shows a white square for the bottom right corner.
* Ships cargo bay space AND drone bay space meters doesnt update in the GUI. You cant put too much stuff in there, so the client keeps track of how much it is, it just doesnt display it.
* In assets, right clicking on something and selecting Trash It will delete the item but not automatically update the GUI to show that the item is gone. Also it would be very helpful if you could add so you can see how MANY of some item X you have, for example 100 cap booster 400 or whatever. There is no way to know now when browsing assets from space.
* In Journal, the Contracts tab, the right click menu saying "Get money" (when Auction is finished) doesnt work. If you instead click View Contract in the same menu, and THEN click the button named Get Money, it DOES work. Also im not sure if Date Issued and Date Completed should have the same timestamp, even if the buyer in this case hasnt gotten the items yet. Check this pic: linkage. Im not sure if the timestamp is supposed to be like that at that point in time of a Auction. If it is, then its not a bug and things work. Just wanted to be sure.

Issue: Caracal can't fit 200 calibration points of rigs
Looking at the 'compare' screen on ships, to check calibration points, Caracal is listed as having 200. It however reports an error when trying to fit a bay loading acceleratior, and a warhead calefaction catalyst. These are each listed as 100pts. I can fit a 50pt rig still.

Topic: ECM Racial Colours Issue: Caldari and Gallente racial jammer colours appear virtually the same.
On some minitors (or when playing at a lower colour depth) the colours for the Gallente and Caldari racial jammers appear to be almost identical. Even on a good setup it can be hard to differentiate between the two without looking hard for a second or so (something racial colour coding was supposed to eliminate).
By changing the Gallente jammer colour to Green, this would be eliminated entirely.

(not exactly a bug but more of an annyoing UI change)
- sort order in the variation tab for items
On TQ right now the items in the variation tab are sorted by rarity:
T1 T2 faction officer
Which is IMO the most sensible order, since in 99% of all cases you are not interested in faction or officer versions.
On sisi, however, those are now sorted alphabetically.
faction officer T1 T2
Which means that for many items you now have to scroll through multiple faction and officer versions, which usually are of no interest to you, to get to the t1/t2 versions. This is especially bad with items which have many officer/faction versions, like reactor controls.
It's only a small detail, but one with an high annoyance potential and one easily fixed.

I took a look at the Cargo volume display, so far: - It updates in space. - It updates in station if you logged in to the station and haven't undocked yet. - It doesn't update if you redock in to the station.
I'll have to check if this goes for the drone bay as well.

Station : Salashayama VII. Changed ship to Myrmidon class Battlecruiser but this was invisible in the hangar enviroment. Once undocked the ship became visible, then upon redocking with the station the ship was no longer visible and the display had frozen and was no longer accepting commands. I tried to quit from Singularity by using escape button, but still frozen. End tasking in the task manager was the only way out. Trying to log back in, the screen freezes at the entering station phase and unable to enter the game at all as this character.
I am able to enter as an alt character who is located at a different station, but not as Jorana.

just had the same problem. Also noticed a scaling problem with the Myrmidon thruster effect and its positioning to the ship
