Originally by: Darknesss Triumvirate was formed with the original intention of going mercenary. With the ISS incident we started long war of revenge, however after the war ended we got into our first contract as an alliance.
The contract was against Apocalypse Enterprises [APENT] they were a 50 member corp with i believe around 15-20 active members.
Kills/losses for the campaign
battleships 13/6 Elite frigates 5/3 cruisers 5/0 Capsules 6/0 frigate 1/0 industrial 1/0 hac 1/0 elite battlecruiser 1/0 battlecruiser 0/1 destroyer 1/0
these kills reflect stats where APENT or Triumvirate has laid final blow.
Shortly before the contract ended the majority of APENT active members left to go in other directions. We would like to thank the APENT members for giving good fights, with very little smack talk.
To discuss hiring us please convo/mail cptblood.

looool you call this a succes ?!?!?!?! :D:D:D
How about you take your trolling to your own thread?? k?
As for on topic, not a bad start. Everyone starts out somewhere. Looking forward to watching all the rising merc talent. Btw where did you come up with the name?
I'm not quite sure who actually came up with the name, the first time I can remember it being mentioned was by Darknesss on Teamspeak but it could have been someone else who came up with the idea. From what I've been told the name is pretty old from Greek times I believe, the definition of Triumvirate is "The term triumvirate is commonly used to describe a political regime dominated by three powerful political and/or military leaders. The arrangement can be formal or informal, and though the three are usually equal on paper, in reality this is rarely the case"

What Kenshin said.
The professionals in the group understand what success in a merc contract means. Besides, that kill ratio is positive, and the ISK damage far outweighs in favor of Triumvirate. All that is irrelevant, however. What matters is the satisfaction of the client. Hell, you can have a negative kill ratio so long as the client's objectives are met. Granted, it's going to be rare that those two things are anything but mutually exclusive, but it serves to make my point.
In a lot of contracts, we don't get nearly so many kills as we'd like, but we keep the corp/alliance on a total lockdown whenever we are around. That is a victory in itself, as you have the loss of time. Short-term opportunity costs mean it's better to stay docked and not go pop, but in the long run, peoples' wallets only have so many ISKies.
Oh, and best of luck to Triumvirate in the future. Kudos on successful execution of a contract.
I can agree with Crovan totally on this one, a lot of us in Triumvirate didn't get the amount of kills we'd like to have done, but this was about honouring a contract that we'd entered into with our employer, not about us running around and being as bloodythirsty as we'd been used to being back up in Pure Blind. By the 4th or 5th day of the contract our targets were pretty much in lockdown in their home system. What war targets did undock were most of the time in small fast ships, and if they weren't then they either re-docked (or in a couple of cases which is weird, engaged us....then died)
Having said that Apocalypse Enterprises and their allies Arcana Imperii did fight well and for the most part without any smack at all. Hell we even struck up some good conversations in local as we were both pretty much stuck there
Now for the moment to turn our attention back to Pure Blind, oh how I've missed it!

I'd tell you what I think of you more bluntly but the profanity filter would no doubt block out at least 75% of my message.
HAHAHAHAHAHA. Been at the Lambrini again?
You do yourself or your corp no favours by acting like a total tit on the forums you know. Grow up.

Originally by: ArchenTheGreat I am still waiting for a day when two sides of conflict will agree about kills/losses amount. I really think CCP should implement official killboard. Or at least give away XML data with all the kills so the people could feed their own killboards with correct info.
In the end as has been said before what matters is that the customer is happy. And on this contract we've been informed our customer was very happy with the results. People will argue about kills/losses until hell freezes over.
