I am absolutely sick of +5 and worse industy alts running around low-sec with impunity with multiple stabs to avoid being ganked, being able to sit outside a station flashing for god and the world only to redock when shot, being able to hump a gate only to jump through when fired leaving his pursuers stuck due to "agro", and the infamous hiding at multiple safespots that scan probes won't find only to log or use an insta to get out of system safely.
I don't mind getting shot, don't mind mineing people who are carebears or have carebeard, but ffs throw the AP's a bone.
refine Rights... whatever. Lame system that only works if you lay there like a cheerleader on GHB taking it in the . God forbid you fire back, then you have no refinerights on the griefer if you don't successfully refine them when they opened fire first.
Dump the low-sec chains that allow them to move from region to region. Remove the damn "agression" timer to jumping after mineing +5 players. Add faction standing loss for acts of mining so that sentry guns get involved when they enter that area. Dump the Flagging for firing on those who have carebeard within an hour. 15m global criminal flag means nothing when a player can jump around from ss to ss, then waltz out. I am fed up with the favoritism that the criminal element have in being able to avoid the consequences for their actions.
Break out Tomb's Nerfbat on +5 players for once and stop catering to them. Start thinking of the other 90% of low-sec inhabitants who are paying your bar tab.
How about adding a "Warp Trail Detector" for AP's and Bounty Hunters to track down +5 players and those criminally flagged when they run off to laugh. Let covert ops or recons carry them and be able to pick up the +5 player's or criminally flagged person's trail within 30s (with training maxed) so forces can deal out the proper penalty for mining. -----

I'm pretty sure this is clumsy sarcasm combined with whining. Generally, this sort of reversal is done so that it points out hypocrisy in the original document. In this case, it's just a simple word substitution that leaves the statements absurd and irrelevant. Why would miners flash outside a station? There's no aggro timer for mining.
What he's done here is demonstrate that you really can't make a 1:1 comparison between PvP and production characters, becasue they play by different rules.

To get a little bit serious im very very VERY anoyed that ppl can just log out... this happened about 5 hours ago..
Hauler (hoarder) jumped in through my gate... i tried to lock him and alligned for the gate he was aiming for... he warped of as i was 0.5 secs from lock so i followed him in my tempest... as i came to the gate he had locked of.. i tried to lock him but without luck.. i tried and tried... hes ship turned the complete other way and then set into warp.. there i realized i wasn't able to lock him because he logged off..
Okay so this made me ****ed.. so i waited there for him to get back in the hope t hat if he logged on he would be so lagged out i would get him.. lol... but when he logged on and came to the gate the same thing happened... misuse of game engines... grrrr ________________________________________________ FORMER!!!
