I'd personally like to know where BoB get off on comparing themselves, SA & FIX to a father with 2 kids?

Well, that is another lesson right there...
My oldest son used to have a Gameboy Advance SP. He loved it. He had lots of games for it, mostly Sonic games (he is a big fan). As time past it slowly degraded, and finally died.
He wanted it reborn. He wanted it replaced, so it could re-live its glory days. I agreed that this was a good idea™, and so carefully considered the options. I could buy something that was obviously different, something cutting edge, like maybe a PSP, but I knew deep down that wouldn't wash with him.
No, what was needed was a system that was newer with a bigger potential, but was still compatible with the old games; if not it would never be his Nintendo reborn, it would just be a different console to replace what had gone before.
Of course, this is even more wildly off topic than my previous post - I am sure there is no connection between hand held consoles and Eve alliances.

Well we only have girls, 3 to be exact.
The oldest only want to MSN.
The middle one only wants to play either PS2 games or PC games (she loves the DC mod for BF1942)
And the little one, well, she wants to do it all and more and often does.

so it seems there'll be lot more traffic through stain then...

This may sound bizzare...but CF and FIX may need positive standing to each other"!ú!?1ú! as we are both 'at war/hostile' to SA and both dislike there pointlessly arrogant standing to the south.

Good day.
Orc A, It is quite clear that you have been planning this movement against Fix for many months. So don't start spouting crap about being set to 0.0. Your infestation of spies in fix from the very offset is not something that you can have in place in days, it takes a long time to prepare everything you have done with your allies.
What I will say is that your alliance has no honour or heart. You have continuously used underhanded diplomacy, propaganda and dubious ingame mechanics/bugs to further your goals.
btw, I'd be interested what kind of rl place sprouts people like you. Gotta be some oppressive, tyranical, dictatorship in the third world right?
Fix and others can see through you. Your attempted oppression, greed and back-stabbing will not be tolerated. I am however impressed with your ability to deceive. Good luck, you're going to need it. We will not stop until the complete and final destruction of you and your alliance. You will not take our space, land, or anything else. Fix lives in a free universe not a stain one. Live to know this.
Good day.

Continued from above.
However the membership feels that by further imposing humiliating terms on FIX who earned the respect to be treated graciously in their defeat in Catch was not honourable. To continue to push those terms against a unified south and west consisting of allies that want to see an end to the conflict and in fact FIX in Querilous and Catch in SA + Allies hands is to throw away a hard fought victory for no reason other than imposing unreasonable terms on FIX. Knowing the above the membership and the President urges the leadership of our ally SA to negotiate with FIX to in fact agree to the original terms and after discussion last night with various factions it is my belief that third parties in this conflict wish that to be the resolution also.

Edited by: Hans Roaming on 31/01/2006 13:38:12 Ok youÆll have to excuse me as I played catch up after being away Saturday night (social life 4tw).
An excellent summery of the events was done by Draahk Chimera and I will copy them here for the readers convenience.
ôAn SA pilot flew in FIX space, possibly shot at a FIX. I have seen no such killmail but on the other hand im not in FIX.
A few FIX shot a SA. I have seen the mail.
FIX set SA neutral (=enemy in 0.0). SA diplomat contacts FIX and say: "Wassup?". FIX say: "You shot at us". SA say: "Im sorry if that is true. Are you sure you want us as enemies tho?". FIX say: "Yes".
SA team up with Huzzah. Huzzah takes V2- while FIX send a fleet to 9RQ. SA form fleet behind FIX and meet them in LGK. FIX fleet goes home in eggs. Later same night SA takes 5-N. FIX send new fleet to V2- SA/Huzzah goes there too, FIX goes home in eggs.
FIX start camping V-3 and GE- and send cruiser/frig gangs to Stain. Camps get busted over and over and frig/cruiser gangs never makes it past MB40. FIX takes 5-N back.
SA invade FIX with a 100-man gang while Huzzah takes 5-N. Extreme lag makes an attempt to jump into FIX 20 bubbles impossible and fleet logs off in FIX space.
SA roams FIX space att will camping down major systems FAT, 9CG and H74. Slowly it eveolves into a battle for FAT as more and more SA find their way there and SA anchor a pos. KAOS comes to join SA in FAT but leaves after about 1+ week. Huzzah comes to join SA in FAT.
A very long and boring pos war drags into weeks in FAT. Asya and Xile start attacking SA/Huzzah and BoB start attacking Huzzah. FoFF leave FIX and turn off their 2 pos sovereignty claiming leaving SA with sovereignty next DT. SA/Huzzah takes FAT.
BoB contact SA and gives ultimatum: Give FIX chance to surrender or we ally with FIX. SA/Huzzah naps FIX. SA gives FIX terms of surrender. FIX say: "F U" and proceeds with making demands on SA instead. SA continues war.ö
Now as I was not around at the time the terms were negotiated I learned fully of the situation last night about the terms after the war had been reactivated. My understanding was that the terms agreed upon was that SA + Huzzah would have Catch and FIX would not fly into that space. FIX would have Querilous and that SA + Huzzah would not enter into that domain. In addition FIX would withdraw their POS from Catch and also their considerable assets from FAT.
However it appears that after the fact further terms were asked of FIX in that the allies have rights to fly, NPC mine in Querilous and also that hey were not to use freighters to move their assets (including multiple POS) from FAT. Those are the terms that FIX did not understandably want to comply with. The call went out that the war was back on and you have the current escalation and Huzzah naturally backed itÆs ally at the time we hear that FIX broke the terms etc, since then after communicating with all parties I forwarded the facts to the Huzzah membership and post their response below.
Up until this point the membership have been with SA 100% as they felt that FIX have been the aggressor with the ex fix pirates being supported by FIX and attacking SA in the pipe as well as the fact that FIX fleets were invading SA space the very night we entered the conflict and took V2-VC2. The victory secured against FIX in Catch was hard fought on both sides and in fact has been some of the best times the Huzzah membership has had in Eve. Strong bonds have been formed between Huzzah and SA and in fact when talks broke down I was in a gang heading to Western Stain in order to help SA forces fight SE. I would also like to point out that in fact NRG were dismantling the POS they had in 5-n and Huzzah gave them passage to take their POS away in good faith even after hostilities were resumed.

asuya and co have been doing th esame thing for the past 6 months. check the triad boards for SA killmails for ht epast 6 months. long before your "vowing to whipe fix off the face of eve" started up.
get ye head out of your backside for long enough to hear someone other then yourself speak. And you would be aware of that. unfortunatly SA seem to be blind to this also Mr Hans, so i got some pity for you (being misguided at all)
but but if you want to whipe fix of out totally. like you guys planned to do in the first place. why you listening to what anyone else has to so.

It saddens me to see three of the organisations that I most respect in EVE (SA/MASS/Trigger - BoB/Evol/Sir Molle - Huzzah/Hans)about to square off against each other.
All three of these entities are filled with pilots I admire and I think it is ridiculous that some arrangement cannot be reached even at this stage.
It is a time for cool heads and diplomats - not forum *****s trying to score points off each other.
I sincerely hope that some resolution can be found...

If you cant wipe out someone you are fighting against then the next best thing is to make sure remember they lost a war. Best way to do that is to make them agree to unrealistic terms of surrender. SA isnt actually going to follow through on those terms, its mearly to illustrate clearly who won the war.
Life will go on in querious as it always has (as sad as that sounds) if they publicly admit that they lost the war.

Unrealistic terms are not ment to be accepted...Even if accepted your terms would have only bred ill feelings in your defeated foes. The best way of defeating an enemy is by making them your friend. By making someone who didn't really like you into someone who hates you doesn't end wars. It starts them.
