So yeah - I mine ice. All the time. I mine AFK at work because I have trained a toon that can do so. Jamming sucks, it happened before, now it happens alot. Is ECCM trained, damn skippy, I fly a Falcon! Does ECCM work on a SS of 7... you decide.
So anyway - I have noticed a few new mechanics at work here. Aside from the jamming, THIS IS NOT A JAM WHINE THREAD!
I have noticed, over the past 2 weeks, my typical warp to ice, target ice, start booster and miners works as intened. However, ALT-TABS seem to encourage my ship to "spontaneously" move at full speed in a random direction. Maybe it is me, never had this issue before, but I get it all the time now! Only been playing 3 years plus, so maybe I am developing "Turrets Syndrome". Haha?
Also of note, spawns are like every 5 minutes now. Ok I get it, total mechanic versus bots. I am totally cool with that. WHERE THE HELL did all the DG spawns go? I mean a few a week was always common. Drops were usually crap but 1 in 10 was decent. Now nothing?
Your thoughts?

As is usual with non-IT people, you're getting confused by the difference between copyrights and trademarks :)

Not something I've had personally, but one of the guys in my corp has that happen quite a lot. We'll be out mining and his ship will randomly trundle off into the middle of nowhere. Have you re-mapped any of your keys?

The random acceleration sounds like a remap of some key.
Try to check your keybindings. Maybe something got screwed up on the last update?

Could it be that you are admitting to using the against the EULA, nasty, third-party, automation botting software...
You no you will get no sympathy if this is the case.

Does the ship move thing happen when there is a spawn? If so this has been going on for years.

Right alt+space is full speed forward nowadays. I had my push to talk bound to that key and sometimes accidentally propelled my ship.

Surely you mean "IP" rather than "IT"?

known bug...been happening to me on an off for more than a year.. just select your orca and use keep at range should take care of it. Happens a lot to me on my Tengu when I'm orbiting something and then next thing you know everything is out of range because the orbit quit on its own. Just happens randomly though, so until it can be consistantly repeated...its just a live it with

No it could not be that, because he hasn't done that.

Either works, but I meant "IT" because "IT" people usually are well versed in "IP". You don't need to be an IP lawyer to understand IP. Or maybe it's just me
