Title says it all really.
Tranquillity: windowed mode, made fullscreen with evemon (or gamers window relocator): seamless, looks like fullscreen and works with no issues
Singularity: evemon and gamers window relocator cannot make the game fullscreen, stuck with windows title bar at the top and task bar keeps getting in the way at the bottom (I could change some settings to fix that I guess). Of course I could go fullscreen mode, but then as expected clicking on an app on monitor 2 will minimise eve.
Sad panda, please don't let this go live

AFAIK Eve has now a fullscreen for windowed mode built in, which makes EveMon and the likes no worky.

hmmm I see, true windowed mode that you can resize, good but did it have to break the old way? I really don't like the blue title bar and I see no way to get rid of it without going to true fullscreen and that just fails as soon as you try to open a decent browser or eft...
Still sad panda.
On a more positive note I like the character generator so far.

dunno about EVEMon but EVEMover and my AHK script still work. now if only EVE would remember it's windowed mode resolution between sessions... --

Ok evemover works, but.
tranquillity windowed with evemon 80+ fps (sitting in station) sisi windowed mode 50 fps sisi windowed with evemover 10 fps (oh and it has a gap at the bottom of the screen where my desktop shows through)
So what am I running: XP 2GB Ram Geforce 8800 GTS 512 At 1980x1020
Edit: resolution went funny and when I reselected 1980x1020 the fps jumped from 10 to 80+ very odd

LCD so I really only get the refresh rate of 60, but I'm using the interval immediate option, so the reported fps goes as high as about 140.
If I use the other interval options eve just doesn't run as smoothly, it seems to judder and as my pc has good cooling and no stability issues I see no reason to change the setting.

Right, I have spent a few hours looking into this here are the facts I have discovered:
1) When the new Incursion client starts up in windowed mode it sets the borders of the window so they are entirely contained within the current screen.
2) EVEMon will not and can not resize a window, only move it... when we resize a window programaticlly the mouse controls get messed up.
3) If from the login screen you go into the EVE settings and set the window size to the size of your monitor EVEMon will work as it does with the current Tyrannis 1.1 client, as this will set the EVE Window the correct resolution as the current window.
4) With regards to Catari Taga's comment about EVEMover working, it works under the same conditions as EVEMon does, i.e. if the EVE resolution matches the monitor it is true full screen windowed - if the sizes are different EVEMover will position the window in the top left hand corner leaving a gap to the right and/or bottom of the window.
So we have a workaround which does appear to be required every time we start the client, at present I can not see a way of manipulating the window in such a way to resize the window. I shall however keep looking.

Yes, that is a bug with the client not storing windowed mode resolution between sessions (and instead starting in a fake maximized state), as I also mentioned in my post. --

There's quite a bit of work yet to be done on this multiple monitors support. I'm getting 15fps if I drag my window larger than a single screen. I have twin GTS 250 cards, and it works just fine with three monitors running CUDA in other games.
Also, having a relocator button similar to EVEMon in-game would be very usefull and way overdue. An ability to set a custom resolution if you're in fullscreen mode would be great also, in case you don't want windowed mode, you can stretch it over all your screens.

No idea why, but that doesn't fix it for me with evemon, but it does with evemover, so thank you Scetroy.
The client forgetting the resolution does appear to be part of the issue. Start client, set resolution, use evemon relocator (which tries and fails), then if I check the resolution again it says it's gone back to the default, although I can clearly see that it hasn't.
I'll keep playing around with it, as it seems a little inconsistent, I'm getting good fps and I don't have the gap at the bottom of the screen today (there may be something a little screwy with my system and it may be time for a fresh XP install, it's been over 2 years)
