Ok since you are on it:
1) Any adjustments on the leviathan CPU output? 2) Is the leviathan with 6 launchers gona have the same output as the turret counterparts? If so everything is fine, since it can fit a bridge mod, if not its gona be either the lowest dps titan or it couldnt use it logistical backbone. 3) What about not instant shield gang bonuses?

Quote: What do you think would be 'fair'?
Atm having 7 launchers have to use a slot 7 fitting implant for a not state of the art (ie a 24% cap recharger, bcs i cannot fit a 28% or a 32%, same thing with the amp, invs etc). I have only 2.5 cpu left. If i take out the 7nth launcher and fit a jump bridge the difference is 12 cpu or somthing like that, so not big deal. So it must be somthing that allows you to fit 1x booster with 1 or 2 amps but prevents you fitting 2 boosters unless you do a specific fitting for that. I ve posted an example fitting on the original thread. And btw I dont think its a good think to force titan pilots use fitting implants just to fit a medicore setup.
Quote: 1.) Remove 7th launcher. 2.) Balance against other Titans with 6 launchers.
This is possible. Feedback?
You meen to try balance 6 turrets with bcus? Well lets leave out the cpu issue, how the hell you gona balance 1 turret with 500% bonus with 4 (even 5 mods)? And even if thats possible you know that leviathan is tanking using midslots right? So you either gona have a weak tank or a ypu gona need half an hour to jump out. I dont have a problem with that, but erebus and avatar dont have such problems.
My suggestion is to give to leviathan so much bonus more than the turret titans to balance it out with 6 launchers against the 6 turret titans.
I dont have any probs with what you suggesting about titan bonuses, even if its gona take looooooooooong time to implement it. But can shield bonuses be instant pls? ________________________________________________

Quote: 4. Some people are whining about there not being enough room to fit 300-CPU Capital Shield Boosters on supercaps along with their other typical mods. They also don't like it that local reps take FIVE YEARS to repair the tanking layer. However this is all ok because who thinks thats supercaps need a local rep must have severe learning difficulties and probably shouldn't fly one. Could you please explain to the mouthbreathers why Supercaps should have a support fleet for damage repair and not be fit like Joe McPubbie's ratting Raven.
Yeah bcs I allways have my 20 triage carrier alts login in each time i wana play. And I allways like to play with -37.5% of my main tank. Its nice to play during a tz when your major enemy cannot hot drop you with 100erts of caps but thats not the case for every1. Not that the booster gona help me though but how many times you got out with 99% hull? Even that little helps. And yes you gona say resists are better than active tank, but if you do the math you gona see that on some cases they are on some others they arent. If you die ie after 15 mins you gona have boost more than 1-2% resist for a specific damage type. If you die in 2 mins nor the booster either the 50 triage carriers gona help you survive, whatever you have fitted. ________________________________________________

Quote: It's being considered. No promises. The biggest issue with this is obviously the Capital Shield rep with its big CPU requirement. Considering that this module's ability to repair damage is not scaled to ships with millions of EHP, perhaps it might be best if that CPU usage is spent elsewhere?
Lets say the sensor booster is required. Target painter maybe? Since w/o a webber I cannot hit small **** orbiting me, whats the point? And with the 20km webber range its also useless. Even with full hardeners setup I waste 2 slots bcs 2 of the reisists go fairly more than 90% which is the resist cap. Cap recharger is useless (or better said not that much usefull anymore w/o a booster). And u missing the point that shield tanker have to boost for 20 mins or more to get the damn 37.5% own bonus.......... Armor tankers get it instant and dont have to to rep. They put 8 CHEAP hardeners on the lows and can put on the midslots whatever they want and still have 50+ millions of ehps. Shield tankers cannot have that much with whatever setup you want.

Just 2 questions. 1. Why the leviathan for comperable DPS with turret titans (even after the 125% bonus implementation) has to use 7 highslots and not fit a bridge module? 2. Any ETA for fixing the shield gang bonuses? Since as you suggested not to fit a capital shield booster on my titan you also suggesting to wait 2 hours after every session change to get the 37.5% of my shield up? ________________________________________________

Slave sets equal the difference.
Yeah bcs all those rigs/mods you listed here realy matter on capitals and super capitals. My shield needs more than 6h to passive recharge my own 37.5% bonus. And as arbathur states in this thread, active boosting on super caps is not recomended. And bcs shield tanked super caps are so uber, you can get 50m ehps on a leviathan while an erebus or an avatar with erebus bonus more than 70m.
Applying a bonus on a bonus just make things inbalanced, when there is no bonus for the other side. ________________________________________________

Quote: Leviathan max ehp with 6x active hardeners 64%, 2x CN Invuls, 4x CN PDUs + KVA2000 implant (5%)+ Slave + Akemon = 61.6M EHP and 5,6k passive recharge Leviathan as above without slave and akemon = 60,6M EHP and 5,6k passive recharge.
I think I am doing somthing wrong bcs I am getting 43m ehps with 4 officer pdus w/o the leviathan bonus. 58m with the bonus. And the passive recharge you mention is not 5.6k. The defence on EFT is how much damage you can sustain but not the passive recharge of your shields, which is 200/s at arround 73% of your shields (more with lower shields and pick at 30%). ________________________________________________

Quote: CN PDUs give +6% shield hp, officer give +5%. Switch to CN PDUs and your w/levi bonus amount should be right at 61.6m
Ok then you should type it: 61m ehps after 6h of session change or that -37.5% bcs of how leviathan gang bonus works. And that nowhere near the erebus or avatar with erebus bonus (they get instant 70-80m ehps w/o dual tanking bcs of the slaves) ________________________________________________
