Updated the multiple bond offering, should be fairly accurate now.
Missing any, please link.
Also info on EMFI, FIRD and FIMD would be helpful

Eve Mutual Fund Inc. (ticker: EMFI)
Number of shares; 10,000,000 IPO value of 1 share; 10,000 (or possibly 10,300?) Dividends paid per share since 2007.08.19; 4255.57 ISK (42.55%) There were several breaks in the dividend payments (the last dividend was 2009.03.25) in order to build up the capital so over the 21 months since 2007.08.19 the average monthly dividend per share would be 202.64 ISK (2.02%).

This is absolutely fantastic, great job.
2 quick observations:
Very few of the listed offerings, particularly the low-and-moderate risk ones, have been launched or traded recently. Perhaps this is more evidence that MD is going through a drought in quality offerings?
The total value of offerings appears to be around 835b (not including the banks). If we SWAG that there are 100 active investors in MD, that would indicate that the average investor has 8.35b invested. Lots of food for thought there...
I'm still working, as time permits, on a substantial database of MD offering data. It's currently at 18 metrics per offering, and I'll will probably add more as I brainstorm up new questions to answer. More information will be provided... soon.

Some more quick changes: The 10% was for the original 1b bond, the 15% is for the newer 3b bond. When the audit was performed I was not in the same corporation, he was a stranger at the time. I joined his corp near the end of the bond. The auditor for the second bond was not in the same alliance at the time of the audit. So technically a full audit was performed on the second bond. |

Any new updates for Matalino's "Datacore Harvesting" IPO?
Last update I found was back in Jan saying there would be a payment in June --- the original intended end date.
No posts from Matalino since Jan, or Ki Anna since April.

Didn't see CyberDyne R-A by Loney on the list. He's made all his dividend payments so far.
Here's a link to his sale thread: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=983302
But he's had a couple other offerings, too.

IMO your bonds were audited privately by people who then purchased bond and you joined their corp.
IMO your bond wasn't audited by respected MD member.
Remember this is my opinion and is my dataset.

Not sure how this will end up.
In 2008 before Trinity the business plan was viable, but when datacore prices tanked the business was no longer viable. It is currently in long term hibernation just to return investors initial investment.
Obviously a failure but the manager did work to get investor funds back. Not sure how much they will receive? |

The datacore market is healthier now than it has been for some time, I would have thought that now (or in the near future) would be a reasonable time for Matalino to sell it up. |

Just to clear up that I audited JT, and thus by proxy he ended in the same alliance, since he was "headhunted" by Ji Sama to his corp. Questioning my audit on it seems a bit harsh, especially since my conclusion was that it was a rather high risk investment. An assessment I would stand by still. Also this affiliation is the reason why the next audit is being handled by Brock. Oh and just to make sure I hold no bonds in JTs IPO.

ooh - neat spreadsheet. I have to ask to be added to it as well. No audit conducted nor will there likely ever be one. Partially to fully secured offerings so far against Ihatalo assets.
1st bond - 0.50b (Feb. 2009)- 22%/month 1st bond offer and records
2nd bond - 2.65b (March 2009) - 18%/month 2nd Bond offer and records
3rd Bond - 5.00b (April 2009 - July 2009) - 20% of profit share/month (Avg. return = 16.38%/month) 3rd Bond Offer 3rd bond records

Great stuff cosmoray! - Glue please?
Just an added note about my bond. You've listed it as 'audit - yes' but it is infact 'audit - no'. Also it is currently closed and all payments have been made to investors. Other than that, super!
I hope you will be able to keep this sheet updated, Deitis.
