Sounds like an attempt to sell co op gameplay for pve. Except that all you need to do is watch where people come together, and then go in with overkill. Or are those earlier comments of hard caps on participation numbers still valid?

Google for "pingplotter", download & install. Give it the TQ ip (87.237.38.200) address, and watch it resolve. Somewhere along the line there's bound to be errors and it'll identify them. It conveniently also lets you log it over time, and export ...

same here, when running pingplotter to TQ, I see an impressive amount of error status messages at a few of points on the route, being the last two hops 195.219.67.246 and 87.237.36.26. TQ itself shows as unreachable.
