11. Problem with Turret Skill Specialization - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
Those stats may not be accurate (remembering from outdated data on Eve-db), but I think the Enigma (Jove frig) has something like 25000 grid, 600 CPU, 8/6/8 slots, and the speed/sig radius of a good interceptor. Well worth it IHMO.
