At the very very very least pop up a warning: "This station has no medbay. Are you sure you'd like to set your clone to this station?" But really it should just be removed.

It's actually possible for me to set a jump clone to a station that has no medbay. When I get there I am now in an un-upgraded clone. If I need to go to hostile territory to get to a medbay I am putting myself at huge risk. Where is the benefit ...
