21. In vitro vs. In vivo - MWD Signature Penalty - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Yeah, I can imagine the close range capital ships will be strongly affected by this. As I've said, my account and experience goes as far as frigates these days, I've abandoned the BS path alltogether...

22. In vitro vs. In vivo - MWD Signature Penalty - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
It's funny - when I started this thread out I was convinced I would reach the conclusion that MWD's were now unbalanced and unusable. After having written and read the replies though, I now feel the "nerf" is just fine and hits frigates mild comp...

24. Gotta re-log to leave stations - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
It seems to only occur when you would normally get the "Can't leave station, buckly your seatbelt" message. Wait to undock for 15 seconds after you've docked or switched ships and you should be clear!

25. Would You Rather Have "New Content " Or More "Balancing"? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
You're obviously not familiar with CCP's way of releasing improved versions of things. First they nerf item A, then they release item A+ which has the same performance as the pre-nerfed item A. Wouldn't surprise me if the Tech2 guns won't fall un...

26. In vitro vs. In vivo - MWD Signature Penalty - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Joshua Calvert Errr, hello? Is anybody listening? A frigate using a MWD is just as hard to hit as a frigate not using an MWD. That isn't the case with cruisers/battleships. Therefore, the mwd/signature radius change is di...

27. Nosferatu and Energy Emission Skill - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Hmm, very true. Still, that's a good price to pay considering you stop the opponent from getting back cap to run hardeners and other low-cap-requiring modules! I'd prefer it my way any day

28. Nosferatu and Energy Emission Skill - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Agreed. A simple way to fix this would be making it so that the Nosferatus spend 100 energy to take 200. Skill level 0: Net 100 energy gained. Skill level 1: Net 105 Energy gained Und so weiter...

30. In vitro vs. In vivo - MWD Signature Penalty - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
MWD at high orbit - Scrambling not maintained. Drones will have a hard time catching the frigate and eventually end up in a "mid" orbit trying to catch up with it. Problem: Enemy guns will now track the frigate with ease because of its low angul...

31. In vitro vs. In vivo - MWD Signature Penalty - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I've been given the new MWD signature radius penalty some thought. Something distinctly feels wrong about it, but I'm not sure what or why. Whereas in theory a usage of it increasing signature radius is just fine, I think the practical implementat...

32. Please remove missile highlight - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Edited by: Nightfang on 19/06/2004 08:14:50 Well, perhaps I did lash out, but a year of posting on this forum has given me a zero-tolerance for people who clearly have no idea what they are talking about. Anyhow, I'm actually not sure about ...

33. Problems run deep, urge rollback... - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
While I disagree about a rollback, I definately agree that there is a growing frustration about this game. My sound doesn't work and it's repeatedly dismissed as a minor problem. In addition to this the new patch brought in loads of changes, some...

34. Please remove missile highlight - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Missile brackets are fine. What is really bugging me and has been since it was implemented is that they are "highlighted" so that you can't do a mouseover on an object behind the missile. If you press and hold alt, the game shows all missiles. Th...

35. Power Diagnostic Units reduce shield boost as well? - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]

36. Please remove missile highlight - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Done, doesn't work. They simple don't show. Mission drones from the Angel Cartel are bugged that way... Anyhow, it's still not an argument for not removing a useless "feature" which is nothing but a hindrance, is it?

38. question on new missle changes - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]

40. Please remove missile highlight - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
When you are charging a group of missile-spamming NPC, it becomes a real pain to target them since the missiles are "blocking" you from right clicking the NPC drone itself. Please remove the missile bracket highlighting on mouseover, it serves no...
