My Paladin runs out of cap in less than 4 minutes, and I don't use boosters. You simply don't need cap stability for lvl4's, as long as you know how to manage your cap then you're fine. You can easily afford to fit your t2 tachs without changing...

Regardless of skills and equipment then its got to be paladin or nightmare. I haven't tried the nightmare yet (many say its a great ship) but I do run a cap-unstable tachyon fit paladin, and I can tell you its an awesome mission runner.

You also need to be careful of griefers, especially with faction gear fitted. If you set your drones to aggressive and then go afk just be aware that you risk loosing your ship.

Zealot without a doubt, MWD and point are all you need rly, but personally I like to cap rig mine so I can fit a web or tracking comp too. Get in close enough and it'll melt most ships below BS lvl (and depending on tank, some BS too).
