So you want to manage a shield booster and a cap booster? I suggest since you are used to a passive drake go with a large faction booster perma tank. Also if you DC with such a fit you don't die which is nice.

The legitimate bonus is that you do more damage, it makes up for the Rokh not having a damage bonus like the mega and apoc.
