283. Can't patch or Download - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
That's a really nice info page RaTTuS but sadly the client and patch links point to the same http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net site as Eve's pages. It's like I'm blocked from there. I can ping it all week and not one packet will get through. Left a download...

284. Can't patch or Download - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I still can't download a new client or patches so I'm guessing that CCP don't want any new trial accounts. Maybe they're full Even so, it's a bit tough on existing customers who need to do a reinstall.....

287. Caldari State losing credibility due to ganking - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Erm.. Rattus, how is saying the Caldari State are potentially in on a scam, a whine? Or do you just look for excuses for that rather lame link of yours?

288. Caldari State losing credibility due to ganking - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Kitchie on 15/01/2008 13:09:57 One wonders whether the Caldari State could organise a c.o.c.k.tail party in a distillery! On one of their major routes through The Citadel is a gankers paradise with innocent travellers being mugged ...

290. Ghost ships on overview - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I do a lot of traveling, delivering stuff all over the multiverse, and although I tend to stay in high sec I still have to watch out for gankers. This is made more difficult as I am constantly getting ghost ships stuck on my overview. Once a ship ...

291. Problems Logging In - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I've got the same problem. Haven't been able to login for a week now. Posted a couple of times but no response. Bottom line is that I don't think there are enough people getting this problem to make it worth doing anything about..

292. Acquring bulk data - a serious joke - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I am having exactly the same problem and have not been able to log in since downtime yesterday which has caused me to fail two courier missions I'd accepted. I live in the Philippines so I am guessing that it is quake related though I didn't have...

293. Question on courier contracts - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
A courier can see what they're carrying. Opening the container to look doesn't break it and doesn't void the contract. I'm a full time courier and I must admit, I love knowing who has issued the contracts. Some I filter out because I know they ar...

296. No subject - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Even when sold through the forums, the item was usually escrowed to the buyer for agreed amount so you'd still be paying the same taxes. Only way around is for a direct trade which could be inconvenient.

Hi Rekindle, I'm a full time hauler and I do feel for you though I have to admit, my sympathy is limited. I've only been playing for a few months but in my early days, I also got ganked and lost my Iteron IV. The gank was purely for my Local Hul...
