2. You have strong opinions about where Eve should go? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
A lot of posts concentrate on what changes should be made to the game, but I would like to see changes that reflect on how the game is run itself. For example, why not compensate for unexpected downtimes, with extending subscription time. Not tha...

3. Eve Vs JGE - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I think the most off-putting aspect of JGE is the fact that it is a sequel. With Eve you get a game for life (hopefully), they will not drop it and develop a sequel. Imagine if you really like JGE, but it is not massively popular/profitable. Inst...

5. Thank you Tony Gonzales [Eve Novel] - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I am a fairly slow reader and although I got the book early, I am only 1/3 through it. However, I have to say it is far, far better then I expected. To be frank I only bought the book to support CCP diverging into new areas and expected it to be o...

9. Virgin Media Have Just Screwed EVE - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I'm still getting problems with Virgin media no matter what time of day. Is this still affecting others? It seems to be random as well, sometimes its resonable but then it will not respond for as much as 1 minute. I am going to raise this to Virgi...

10. Virgin Media Have Just Screwed EVE - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I have been trying to play outside the supposed throttling periods (4pm - midnight), but the connection still seems bad. Maybe a little bit better but still nowhere near how it was playing for me a week or so ago.

14. Subscription rates - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I agree with the opening poster that there should be a low subscription or pay-as-you-play option (I have suggested this in the ideas forum before now). It would definitely help get players who cannot spend much time playing the game and would mak...

19. BOUNTY REFORM: Payout Cap at Value of Destroyed Property - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I think bounties should not depend on the ship and equipment that the target is flying. If I placed a bounty on someone, I would like to think it would offer an incentive to others to kill them no matter what they were flying. Also, it is tricky e...
