Whilst in seige mode, you cannot be remote repped for either armour or shield. I am unsure if you can have cap transferred to you but I suspect not. You cannot be warp scrambled but it doesn't matter because you can't move anyway.

You can only use 1 of each link. I suggest using the laser optimization link and the field enhancer link (out to ~22km range on strips with it's effects). The cap-use link isn't normally needed but I supposed if you time your cycles wrong it could...

To mine in .5 with a hulk, you should just be able to run a small shield booster and fit rat specific hardners, or maybe invul fields... cap, grid and cpu skills to support those (should know what I'm on about if you're about to get in a hulk).
