I need 7.0 standings with the "Concord Assembly" in order to establish a pos in a 0.7 sec system. If concord and its member corps have no agents, how do i do it?

I think you mean that you need a 7.0 standing with the faction who owns the space(i.e amarr, caldari and so on), as far as i am aware i did not know concord owned any space and only policed it ?

What he said. CONCORD does not offer any missions any more. To plant a POS in a 0.7 sec status system, you need 7.0 corp standing (average standing of all corpmembers more than 7 days in corp) with the faction owning the space. Corp members get faction standing by doing storyline missions for a corp of the faction (e.g. Amarr Navy to get Amarr standing).
Quickest way to do is to have one char with high faction standing in the corp and kick everyone with not enough faction standing. Wait for 7 days and put up the POS. If noeone has a high enough faction standing, there are poeple offering that service in the WTS forum.

I realize that, but thanks. What i need to know is how would I (or anyone else, for that matter) RAISE my standings with concord, when i cant do missions? is it impossible?

You can't raise your standings above 5.0 with CONCORD anymore, I'm not sure though but I did hear about two or three missions you could do that might raise it to 5.5 or so, but they are a one-time only. Unless you want to anchor in 0.5 CONCORD space, you're out of luck. ------------------------ Low-sec is like sailing along the coast of Somalia...

Last I had heard, your security status worked in place of a CONCORD Standing. However, don't take my word for it and try to do some more research. I could very easily be repeating hearsay by accident.

I imagine all these answers to questions you did not ask are frustrating.
My understanding of your question:
You are interested in erecting a pos in a .7 sec system. The sovereignty of the system is with Concord Assembly, the faction to which Concord (the corporation) belongs. (yes Concord's Faction does have sovereign systems)
Since one can not get story line missions for Concord Assembly, you want to know if there is any other way to raise standings with them?
Short answer:
No, you can not effectively raise your standings with Concord Assembly to the level you require.
Long answer:
Theoretically one may achieve this using derived standings. If you could find a corp friendly with Concord and raise standings with them. A look at the Derived Standings Chart suggest that Interbus and Sisters of Eve are the best options but there are problems. Interbus has no storyline agents, and gaining a 10.0 faction standings with Sisters will only get you to 5.0 with Concord Assembly. So, ... no.
Hope this helps. |

Hmm, seems those charts are inadequate. What matters is whom CONCORD Assembly LIKES. It doesn't matter that they are LIKED BY Sister's of Eve. You can only raise derived faction by raising standings with whomever your target LIKES.
edit: ...which, unfortunately, in the case of CONCORD Assembly is nobody. |

If you rat long and hard enough then you could get to 7.0 security status which would be your concord standing.

You can raise your standings above 5.0 with concord, but to do so requires killing officer spawns, lots of them. A few faction rats can also bump you above 5, but it's not really a feasible alternative. _______________ <Q> QUANT Hegemony Item Database
