The massive overhaul boiled down to most of your pilots leaving, or should I say getting kicked out by Pyro, who stole heretic nation from you and then made you pay for it back again. Lets get down to the truth here. Red Box told you to bugger off because Heretics was full of fail and childish behaviour. Bad ship fits and bad pilots. Heretics then ran off to Uemon where it failed yet again and had to run back to Amamake and re join Minmatar militia where it could then use the militia as a meat shield while freely pirating in their space. Most of the pilots that were any good in Heretics and were booted out by Pyronoxx when he stole the alliance, then decided not to return to Heretics because of the fail factor. Alot of them chose to come to Uranus, TFS or other corps of their choice. Some pilots that stuck it out then left when you rejoined faction war because they absolutely loathed the attention whoring and pathetic ego boosting gained from using minmatar as a meatshiled to blob noobs coming through the gates in Amamake. Half the Minmatar corps then decided to war dec Heretics, resulting in Mirrorgod himself bs'ing his way into the minds of all the Minmtar leaders and promising them heaven on earth and NRDS... Meanwhile, making everyone they wanted to shoot at red as an excuse for them firing on otherwise neutrals in Minmatar space. Hoggs actually speaking up now makes most of us chuckle.......... Who are you exactly? Self proclaimed Co Exec of the alliance who hasnt lifted a finger to do anything whatsoever for Heretics in the past year or so. All the glory, none of the hard work......... That should be Heretics Moto from now on...

You should perhaps follow the guidelines of the IGS submit before posting to it? (ie: keep it in character rookies)

You aren't a leader, true leaders never blame others. While I was CEO of The Final Stand, all I did was deal with others instead of you, to you, this is a form of delegation. To me, it's you wanting everyone to do the hard work for you and when things do go wrong, its their fault. Oh and for the record, we entered the relationship with a positive attitude, you are the one that destroyed the friendship between the 3 corps.
