Whenever i ask about how to fit a certain ship, i get all these people telling me al these different load outs.
most of the time, none of them work, becasue the CAP or CPU isnt big enough to support everything.
are there some skills somewhere that im missing that help lower the usage of cpu and cap? or do people just ramble off ship loadouts without actually checking to see that they work? _____________________ *warp drive acti...wait, where are we going?*

Engineering-increase ship power grid Electronics-increase ship CPU Weapon upgrades-decrease weapon CPU need Advanced weapon upgrades-decrease weapon power grid need Shield Upgrade-decrease shield mod power grid need Energy grid upgrades-decrease the CPU need of power grid mods(PDU,cap batteries etc) Electronics upgrades-decrease the CPU need of electronic mods(coproc etc)
there may be more but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

There are also hardwirings to decrease fitting requirements of weapons, and increase cap/cap recharge.
Many (most) PVP fits are not cap stable and can only be run for a limited amount of time, or until your capacitor charges, if the fit uses a capacitor injector module, run out.

train Energy grid upgrades to 5 Energy managment to 5 energy systems operation to 5 and you will have a huge increase in Energy to beable to uxse stuff longer if not Perma. also Engineer 5 Mechanic 5 and Electronics 5 ( mechanic cos u Gallente) may as well do repair systems to 4 too.

Very few setups permarun everything. It simply requires too many slots devoted to cap, or a cap injector (which is a fitting pain too, and the charges only last so long).
The skills that will make the most difference to cap use depend on what's eating the cap. For the MWD (a real cap hog) train High Speed Maneuvering. For the guns, Controlled Bursts. For EW, train the base (rank 2) skill for that EW. Ditto for scrambers and Propulsion Jamming. -------------------- Originally by: Crumplecorn
I prefer launching bathtubs of antimatter at my opponents over pointing an open DVD player at them, even if the bathtubs do miss a lot. So no.
