Hello. I'm returning on the "Fly free for 5 days" deal. I'm a bit short on money due to the Holidays, so I'm hoping for a loan that would allow me to purchase an ETC, and using the rest of the ISK from the loan to make the money back on my Trader character (Merchant Zhee), followed by a profit once I make back the ETC money.
So I'm looking for a 2b loan, as that will leave me with a good amount of ISK to invest in trading, so between my trader and missioning, I should not have trouble making the money back. I'm fine with the 1.5% rate per week that others are paying. Since I'm going to be paying for 60 day ETC with it, 8 weeks (56 days) seems like a good time period.
My only worry is that I probably dont really have a reputation on here, but if you check Merchant Zhee's posting history you will see that I have quite a bit of activity selling some ETC's. So if neccessary I would be willing to pay slightly more then 1.5% for not having an established reputation, as long as it is nothing crazy. If for whatever reason I am having trouble making the money back, I am not opposed to purchasing an ETC to make up the difference - that will be long after the holidays so money will no longer be tight.
If there are any other steps you would like me to take since I do not have much of a reputation, please contact me and I will do what I can to oblige.
Hoping to hear from you before Tuesday! (That's when my fly for free time runs out ) |

CyberDyne R-D would be willing to hold the ISK in a secured facality and be willing to pay monthly variable dividens of 3-5% on the 50b ISK investment. If you would like more details on this please contact me ingane for a TS meeting. |

I would like to start a titan production company in 0.0 space. I am a member of the largest alliance in the game, I have space dedicated and reserved for me, my infrastructure is well protected, and I have the BPOs.
The return is 5-15% per month, profit, after cost. This number is proven in the past, but even assuming that it is reduced to 1% profit, there has never been a titan production in 0.0 that was not viable and had more orders than it could handle.
I am asking for 5.25 billion to establish infrastructure and pay the labor. I can pay the loan back in any manner you see fit.
I am also connected to a large loan network and can pay your loan back even if all assets and infrastructure are gone overnight (which makes it pretty much a "for sure" thing to loan me money) |

How much of this could be verified independently?

May I enquire what markup over build cost you would typically charge? I haven't looked at many titan sales lately.

What exactly would be covered by this?

Then why ask here? Who are you talking about, and why should anyone who doesn't already know them trust them? --- Can't afford that BPO? Look here. 20:1 mineral compression The EVE f@h team |

I provide asset secured loans nothing else.
One investment is still open with Xabier which will come to an end in the next few weeks, after this I will not make any investments but will be available for asset secured loans.

I don't know. Good question. I'm not about to reveal anything about what titan I am building or where, obviously.

No, you may not. Titan production is not made public because the production will be sieged by our enemies. If our enemies know which titan is being built, they can also build a Doomsday tank around that for their fleet setups.
You can sell them, however, for 25% over cost, give or take. They can be very useful in bridging in freighters to low sec.

POSes, labor costs, POS mods, and the last little bit of minerals. Basically, if I get 5.25 billion, it's enough to run the operation (with what I already have) until the first titan comes out.

I don't want to do business with the goon network because no one has the amount of capital that is needed. I would, essentially, need to take out 4-5 loans at once, since goon loans are always smaller.
I don't know anyone in Eve Online that doesn't know who we are.
There are far faster, and more profitable, ways to scam people than by taking out a loan on the eve-online forums, but I understand your reservations about this matter. If denied a loan, I can get the money other places, but as I stated earlier, I would rather not take out 4-5 seperate loans.
