The entire race will take place around The Knights Trevor station in Balle. No warps, no jumps. However, racers will be required to jettison cargo containers at key waypoints during the race.

Many greetings to you, sir.
I would greatly interested in the Noobs frigate race. Should I contact you ingame for signing up?
Will the fitting of the frigate be the same for all racers, or each one has to fit his ship according his will? If that's the case, will the fitting be limited to Tech 1?
Congratulations and thanks for this opportunity!

Send an Eve-Mail in game to Jon Steele in order to sign up. You are limited to tech 1 frigates, but you can use any fittings you like.
I should also mention that accuracy will be a factor in the race. You will need to drop cargo containers next to fixed positions. If you drop a container within 5km of the position, you will receive a bonus to your time. If you drop the container outside 5km of the position, you will receive a 1 second penalty for every km off target. You will have to balance agility and speed in this race.

The race will be at noon Central American time, which I think is around 6pm GMT.
