Covryn is now back in the protection of the Gallente Federation for those that care.
And the token game of capture the irrelevant flag continues unabated between the FDU and StatProt.
[oog] Lets hope ccp bring some bloody relevance to all this useless grinding soon. Bunker HP has been increased to a nice level but could possibly be increased again if some actual relevance to system sov was introduced. I for one will probably not blink an eye should a system turn vulnerable again. At least in 0.0 there was a (marginal) point to sitting and shooting at an inanimate object.[/oog]

Although I have missed out on the bunker operation, I would like to take a moment to thank the many people including Val Erian, Farealle Brightman, and Plumb for their hard work and assistance in retaking this system. I feel a party may be in order *pops cork on a bottle of champagne*

Huzzah, sorry to have missed taking the bunker down but one's got to sleep.
Adding to the list of thanks, pilots of Ixion Defense Systems, Phoenix Wing and whichever other CYI-affiliated corps were represented, and any other FDU pilots that contributed.

Curious, which is dangerous to say the least, but is Phoenix Wing again directly supporting the Federation? *checks his NeoCom* It would appear they are. Last I remember of any official statement they were part of Electus Matari.

I agree all too much Paddy, this plexing part of the war seems pointless and tiresome.
Perhaps we can work together and persuade our Militia's to stand down on system captures for now? Lets focus on Fleet battles well out of the way of innocent civilians and workers?
More combat, less plexing!

I personally have found the hold mess to be nothing more then idealogical saber ratteling since the begining. Instead of making any sort of diffrence to the people inhabiting the Placid system, such as say, everyone on Intaki Prime, it's just so much counting coup.
Exactly why I turned in my resignation to the milita and have no regrets in leaveing the buracratic mess. Sad, really.

Signed, signed, one million times signed. The plex'ing aspect at this point is useless as the only conquest that can be made is done by interceptors. At one point, and very very very rarely now, these plex's would incite a fight, basically jsut being a new form of celestial object to meet at, and with a timer. At this point, it's simply a race to login after downtime, and all day spent sitting on a timer, and running away when a real fight happens. This is exactly what's led to the amarr retaking systems, and while there's a minority (which should be praised) in mintmatar militia that spend days decontesting systems, it's a very small majority, and many just aren't interested. Mechanic is broken, fix it please.
