Damm him!!! :P Seriously, while I understand if CCP sees fit to put in an age cap now, I think it is highly unfair to current CSM members to be denied re-election in the next session of the council. I believe that all current CSM should be "grandfathered" in as far as being eleigble for the next election. It just seems so willy nilly, especially considering that LV and others brought it up before last election, and it was asserted by CCP reps, that age wasnt an issue. Now they put in an age limit, and only LV is effected by it. What was LV to good for them to deal with? Is CCP "afraid" of LV being a part of the 2nd council? --

If I could remake the thread, I'd probably rework it as a general citadel issue fix--possibly with a reduction of the explosion radius of them as well, or maybe make POS modules target-paintable; they're grossly inefficient at shooting guns atm. Explosion radius buff is offset by the ridiculously small explosion velocity; fedos can run faster. This is in itself another shortfall of the torpedo that's exascerbated in siege mode. Maybe axe the siege mode penalty? But the smartbomb thing is just ridiculous...if that's the only part that gets fixed from this go around it'll be a nice improvement. ----------------------------------------------- Hadean Drive Yards

The ones that were left stranded by loss of quorum were placed onto the agenda in order. That's all its position means - they wanted to clear up old issues before moving to new ones. Also, the agenda is not set by priority, but by the order of people asking items to be placed on the agenda, so position on the agenda is not indicative of bias of any sort, except possibly "Chair sees the agenda first" bias. ------------------ Herschel's Lottery #1 - Win a Kronos!

We waited 1 hour for a 7th Delegate/Alternate. Darius Johnson Arrived at 16:00 to make it 7 but since Omber had to leave in 30mins we concluded that the meeting wasn't going to work in the 30min slot. Therefore we're going to do something a little different this week - and all the issues on the agenda will be voted on off-line in the CSM discussion forum (monday-friday) - and we'll minute the comments/discussion/votes for next week. Sorry about the delay (again) but we appreciate everyone has a busy life and sometimes even CSM delegates and alternates have trouble making these meetings each week. Anyway, it's a pity more of the CSM members didn't show for the meeting...but at least it gives a chance for the CSM forum to be used for voting etc. A quick question: How will meeting logs (assuming forum dicussion on issues) and voting be reported to the playerbase for this method? Also, alternates (at least me in any case) has no access to the CSM forum as yet... Take care, Arithron Better to be a live dog than a dead lion...

And if meeting after meeting gets deferred, I suppose you can guess we are trying to get one done asap... I saw variable numbers of votes cast, and I wondered who missed votes. I did a quick scan of the list, and I didn't look at who missed which votes.
