Thrace Inc will be providing a purse of one hundred million kredits to a lone Tribal pilot that brings us glory in the next seven days.
If the top pilot according to the published stats in seven days is a member of the Tribal Liberation Force I will personally sign over the credits to them.*
Ride out Brothers and Sisters. Scan down those facilities, keep a weather eye to our flank, speak with your agents and kill anyone who tries to stop you.
Long live the fighters! Death to Amarr!
Quote: *The Rules.
Just after Downtime on Saturday 4th October. If the number one spot on the table “Victory Point Statistics - Top 10 Pilots (Last 7 days)” at http://fwstats.eve-ic.net/ is held by a member of the Tribal Liberation Force that pilot will get 100mil ISK.
If the top spot is held by a member of any other militia the purse is withheld.

I'll throw in 50m for the first pilot to acquire Rodj Blake's corpse in this same time period.
To be clear, I don't want musty old Rodj biomass, I want it delivered fresh from the field of combat.

Fair enough Kai, I will hold the kredits until you name the recipient.
Sepherim, if you say so. I just thought your need to jump in so quickly and decry my little prize reeked of panic on your part. No matter.
The defence of our strongholds and the capturing of enemy positions is no doubt the mandate of the Tribal Liberation Force. While we all signed up to fight for the cause it is without doubt a fairly thankless task at times.
The Minmatar people deserve better. The Tribes deserve better and right now the brave men and women of the Tribal Liberation Force deserve better. My offer is just a modest token to our fighters.
We are a nation of warriors, for those who have not already answered the call Thrace Inc opens the doors to new recruits. Submit an application to us at Auga VIII - Moon 2 - Republic Fleet Assembly Plant, we will contact you for an interview. If you are quick you might even have a shot at the prize pool this week.

Desperation? I can tell ya who is desperate. Those billion people your fine Evil Empire suffer of your slavehunter gangs on Tararan, Lamaa, Roushzar, Kamela, and Huola and all the other Amarr infested systems are desperate. We are not desperate. We are determined! And our determination will burn like fire in our hearts. I do know that it's not just the will of a man that brings victory to his cause. It's the motivation. If he knows that he is fighting for a good cause, he will win.
The old question is: "Who will win the run, the fox or the rabbit? It's always the rabbit who wins, cause he runs for his life, the fox just runs for a meal." But we ain't no rabbits, we are warriors with teeth and claws and boiling blood in our vains and hot plasma of freedom in our hearts.
Who will win?
Those with the right motivation will. And I believe at the end of the week not just one of the questioned planets are freed again, I believe we got the power and the will and the determination to free all of them.
But alas, I'm just a small warrior and no prophet. But if there are warriors out there that share my believe, we have something to do. We have a task, we have the will, we have the tools to do it and now I ask you, what can stop us?
It's not a question of to win and to lose, I think. This is no game, not for us, for we fight for life, not for expansion and for exploitation of the inhabitants of systems. It's a question of determination. Don't wait for someone to take your burden. Just do it yourself.
And I can't offer money for I am already in dept for halve a hundred million credits, Only thing I can offer is a dance on battlefield with me, for that's the way I show my affection. -- FREEDOM, PUNK & AUTOCANNONS |

But ya know that the COSMOS agents are nice those who you just have to talk to and do very few missions to be in high enough regard to help us fighting the Amarr? If they take even a small warrior like me that had this regrettable weapon malfunction on one of her missions and really shot down the wrong target, then it should not be a problem for an experienced warrior-women like you, Inara Subaka?

Go work for someone who would just as soon destroy my ships? *scoffs* Besides, I've killed more than my share of Matari Militia Pilots (being right next door to their territory helps considerably) and have a better chance of being accepted by the Empire. In fact, if I was forced to choose a side, I would never dock in one of those dirty fedo infested toilets made of rusty wrecks found floating in forgotten asteroid belts.

I would watch my tongue if I were you. I don't take kindly to being called a *****, and should you ever find yourself in my sights, don't expect mercy. I hope you are foolish enough to deny your option to pay a ransom, and I get to see your corpse floating next to the remnants of whatever ship you happened to be flying.

Have you ever tried to travel in anything bigger than an interceptor when everybody in New Eden effectively has you flagged as KOS? CONCORD has decided to be kind enough to mark me with a flashing red beacon even and they themselves fire without hesitation... no honor what-so-ever, they don't even offer a chance for ransom (or a fee for a day-pass).

Your allies in the State, more specifically, SofCode, recently did something like this, offering reward for results, in order to make their comrades fight harder.

Originally by: BloodBird it is a smart move, if a highly expensive one.
Among other things of course. I too pointed out that it might be a sign of desperation, and perhaps it is, but if it brings out better results, I don't see what's wrong with it.

If not, then I seriously doubt she meant any offense. She seems to hold you in some regard and that gives me some hope, myself. I have found you to be ... rational and pragmatic and quite self controlled, talents I wish to see Pilot Wildfire acquire. She is quite prone to passion and emotional outbursts. This is not a bad thing, per se, but I fear that someday, it may get her into some trouble that her guns cannot get her out of.
I am hoping that the more she associates or even has contact with you here, or elsewhere, she may "pick up" those aforementioned traits.

The cam shows Alica a bit ruffled and a big splat is wettening the wall behind her, where all over are parts of a bottle and a shot glass is just rolling from the console. She seems to concentrate on something behind the camera. Her fingers drumming in fast speed. Her language has turned over in something barely understandable, definitly lowclass and a mix of pirateslang, what in other worlds would be called ****ney and mix ins of her native Sebiestor dialect which makes some awful language mix. She seems to be quite irritated by what she recently had read and just calmed down after something that one would call an emotional outbreak like one would call a hurricane a blast of air. But she seems to be not stone drunk - almost.
I really thank you, Veron Dearth, for your intervention, cause otherwise I could have lost control...
But now, I'm willing to answer this post of Inara Subaka with all rational containment I can do.
First I do not think a girl that is forced to work in a pleasure hub is something low or that the title "whore" is something that you have to be ashamed off. Because the girls and boys in those places are often slaves or people that have left no choice. They are Pauper that have nothing left but to sell their own body and to sell their affection. They have no choice.
The blinking of the neonsign has something of desperation and if you open your eyes you find such desperation all over the places that see the poor and the Pauper. And I personally have the most respect of someone that has worked himself out of such surrounding cause that's a fight against all odds, and some of my friends are of that kind. And I have no bias against someone in that position and would never use it as an insult. So much to this...
Her eyes tightens dangerously.
An' ya act as if ya look down on these people that are among my friends? I can tell ya that ya can find there the most fine people ya ever will meet.
Her small fists bangs on the console.
But while they have no choice or very small choice of action left, we capsuleers are privileged. We always have a choice. And power comes with charge. The responsibility to change this and to destroy the system that destroys the life of those Paupers. This is what we fight for. This is what it means to fight for freedom, to fight for the common man.
I have showed you the way to join this fight. And of cause you can tell me that you don't want to. Your choice, no argument... but..
She is rising to her feet, yelling into the cam:
I wont let you spit in this hand, nor would I let you fling mud at our cause, our sacrifices, our dead crewmen and our fine ships!
She is grasping for air and lowering her voice, while she tries to sit down again. Her fingers again beginning to drum in a fast rhythm on the console, hitting from time to time accidently buttons which result in flashing lights that reflect on her face. Her voice is sweet and calm after a short pause.
I do show my affection with fighting for something. And I do it because I believe and I feel it, I know it, I don't do it for money. Nothing valuable in this world you can get for money, Subaka. I do not just fight for myself, even if I wont turn my back and am above the need to plunder a wreck. If I share my affection for love, you share it for.. ya? For what do ya share it?... - I do assume nothing, I just ask you? Money?
After said this, she really tries to calm down again.
By the way you don't need a Tech-2 Interceptor to mock the security at the gates. I do that in a Rifter and nothing but simple cannons and stuff for less than 50k ISK. I can't imagine that I am more daring than you? If you sometime should happen to think you need to rob me...
She is really laughing out loud.
...and I have everything on board that I own, it will be less worth than... ya... less than.. your damn INTERCEPTOR!!! -- FREEDOM, PUNK & AUTOCANNONS |

Indeed, Pilot, many would think so. However, let me assure you that simple technology or science alone cannot make you more then a beast.
What sets Man apart, makes him better (and yet, worse, in a way) is that we CAN exercise discretion, and thought, and rationale. What makes us more than animals is the willingness to adhere to codes of honor and conduct, and that we CHOOSE to do this. What makes us worse (in a way) is that we often choose not to exercise discretion and propriety. We behave as animals do, and so, show ourselves to be no better.
Secondly, I am warning no-one of anything. Certainly, I am not trying to tell anyone how to behave. Mercy is a strange thing. Often, it is illogical, and goes against everything that our instincts tell us to do, especially when confronted by an attacker or in combat when we have so little time to think, only react. I can assure you, it does not come easily.
My goal with respect to my little "send off" message, is to perhaps get people to think, to consider, and to perhaps encourage them to spend some time contemplating something other then murder, booze, or whatnot. Besides, its polite, and I lose nothing by wishing others well. Perhaps someone will read my message and perhaps gain some comfort from it, or maybe they will remember my kindness and "pass it on" to another in some form or another.
On a somewhat topic related note (somewhat), yes the TLF has been doing well up until now, but I believe they have had a run of setbacks recently. Perhaps Pilot Thrace seeks to boost morale and to re-invigorate his fellows with the offer of a prize. Who knows, it may just work. It will be most interesting to see the results.
<Veron Daerth laughs>
May the Light of God guide you from the Darkness, and grant you joy, Pilots.

*Inara appears, nursing a headache with the lights turned low*
Let me first apologize for my behavior earlier... It's safe to assume I wasn't in a right state of mind.
Originally by: Veron Daerth Indeed, Pilo-- ... Miss Subaka. You may have noticed, but I am a bit of a proper fellow. Propriety and our composure are one of the few things that make us more than simply animals.
*Inara is a bit flush as she addresses Lord Daerth*
If calling me Miss Subaka causes you discomfort, by all means please proceed with addressing me as Pilot. Though, I would like to think we know each other well enough to skip that particular level of formality.
Originally by: Veron Daerth I meant no offense ... aforementioned traits.
*nods in acceptance*
You are probably correct, as you could probably tell, my ability to properly pass judgment was less than adequate. I'm sure Pilot Wildfire isn't the only one of us capable of irrational outbreaks, and while I pride myself in my self-control, my rationality, I am far from perfect...
Originally by: Veron Daerth Oh I almost forgot, I am Amarrian, Pilot, our spies are everywhere, dont you know? You might want to check under the table, there. You never know. <Veron Daerth chuckles>
*Inara joins Veron in his chuckle briefly before cutting it short and holding her head for a moment*
Yes, about that... I'll have you know that your humor is far from funny. *pauses for a moment* Alright, so it is rather humorous if you aren't in my shoes. I fear I won't be able to apologize enough for some of the things I said, please accept them, even the unspoken ones for things I will surely overlook.
*A long pause preceeds Inara addressing Pilot Wildfire*
You may not understand this, but while I reacted rather strongly... *takes a deep breath* I may have over-stated things a bit. I started searching for the bottom of the bottle rather early, and try to avoid the public eye because I know my tendency to... piss people off when I get more than a little in my system.
My hope is you will accept my apology for my misunderstanding and subsequent over-reaction to your words. While my brain is trying to force itself out through my eye sockets, I believe it to be working properly enough to explain exactly how little I honestly care about either side of the facade of a war put forth by CONCORD to satisfy both sides' bloodlust and desire for a chance to pretend to make a difference in the way the universe of New Eden works. But if forced to make a choice I can honestly say that I would not raise arms in support of rebellious slaves attempting to bite the hand that fed them for centuries.
*Inara pauses as she watches another portion of Pilot Wildfire's transmission*
As for being a... lady of the night... I don't look down on such a profession, but there are some things that I personally find degrading. It's not a profession I would call reserved for "paupers" either, the few acquaintances I know in that line of work rival my own wealth in liquid ISK. And not many that I know of would have been considered forced into their roles.
I know as a capsuleer that I'm privileged, you will never hear me say otherwise. But just because I was smart enough, gifted enough, lucky enough to get into a Pilot program, I will NOT, I simply refuse to be guilted into feeling sorry for those less fortunate than myself.
*The outburst causes Inara to flinch and go silent for a moment*
I swear that's the last time I drink an entire bottle of Civire Scotch in one sitting.
Lord Daerth said it well, what defines us as separate from the animals is our ability to rationalize.
May your choices make you human, and allow you to hold the monsters at bay.
