I was on a level 2 mission and lost power when it came back on after just a couple of minutes, now it might as well be a pile of scrap in a station that does not have a repair bay ( lession learned: ALWAYS check the station for services before docking lol).
Then I bought a "rent-a-crap" ship ( wife's term)to get back to homebase ( the cheapest shuttle was over a mill) and I lost power again as I was jumping into a new system aggggg!( of cource I had power againe before I lost that one, and docked for the night).
But with sooo many States effected by this last batch of storms I was wondering, not to belittle or ignore thoose that lost homes or lives but this is just a funny little post of a AGGGGG moment. **--------**--------------** While blood, carnage, and distruction may be my "happy place" that is nothing like the feeling I get while hauling 2 mill isk in goods thru low sec. |

Fill the lows on your stuck ship with reinforced bulkheads. That will increase your hull points, hopefully enough to let you undock.
If that doesn't work, petition it as stuck Make sure you are in the ship when you do it, and you have no other ships in the station. -------------------------------------------------

Not it isn't, people should be encouraged to get out in low sec space, but never forced to do so.

I lost a ship to a power outage once. Some drunk hit the power pole in front of my condos -------------------------------------------------

I've not been afflicted by the aftermath of Ike for disruptions, but the internet connection from our house has been suspect for a month, constantly dropping out, as often as 2-3 times a in 4 minutes, which becomes VERY inconvenient when you're 2 hours from DT, have completed the mission and running for the cargo... and the connection dies. And then it happens 7 more times until DT, log in the next day, find out that the deadspace had de-spawned (since it was 'completed') and have to pester the GM's about it.

You should all move to Norway, because the only thing we have here is taxes!

One of my ships will be named "rent-a-wreak" lol.
To repair a ship very low on hull and/or armor:
Remove all your stuff beside armor repper and hull repper, equip the larges armor you can use and reinforced bulkeads, that should bring your armor and hull to a point where you can undock and start repairing in space.

Considering Norway's taxes, that's probably more than enough...
