In OOPE, in GE, in Crime and Punishment. All of it ends up in OOPE. Used to be like clockwork every month. Once posted you see people take a few jabs at it and others describing that you can do this anywhere and then a random ! troll makes some asshat comment and then it turns into a flamefest of idiots telling each other how much greater their country is until the mods lock it.
