I'm actually pretty sure this video is fake along with the ones for other countries, I heard somewhere that the questions WE hear in the video are not the the questions the people were asked.
They are funny though.

I doubt thats the case with this video. For one, you can see his lips move when he asks them. For two, in many clips the person repeats the question back to him.
Still, I doubt you'd need to. I know a few people who'd answer questions like that. I'm sure if you ask 500 people 10 questions each, you'll end up with enough funny answers to make a 3 minute video without needing to resort to fakery.

Its very easy to go out into a crowd, find an idiot, put a cameria in front of them and ask them a bunch of questions. Set it up in a busy section and eventually you will catch enough stupid people to fill a pathetic 3 minute piece. Im fairly certain if I were to do that in the UK I would get the exact same result all nicely edited to fit my purpose.
