Just wondering since i haven't got a reply from a subscription payment that turned out "failed" but they still withdrew money from my bank....
wondering how long it takes for them to even reply about it.

still waiting for the Payment Issues to be resolved, thought such things would atleast have a good priority since its about payment. this is getting damn annoying now, 7hrs of lost skill training and soon 24hrs since petitioning....  |

still not a word for them, soon im going to call CCP at Iceland to get their thumbs out of their butts. about 12hr skill loss atm, still do refund to the cash they easily withdrew from my bank account and no activation yet..... 
aaaaaaaah sorry just going nutts here. |

I'm having the same issue with one of my accounts, petition is about 24hrs old and still no response.

lets hope they get to ya soon m8, but its getting ridiculous now. Sure in game problems and such must be resolved but hell must be some sort of support coming to billing since its a important part... |

Hi Roidtaker, while I understand your frustration over this issue, posting about it on the forum is not going to resolve this matter faster. Your petition has been put in a queue which our hard working Game Masters are working through. Let me assure you that when it is your turn your issue will be dealt with and resolved. Please have a little patience and they will take care of it soon.

maybe the gms should halt their fleet engagements and start solving the petitions, if im not totally wrong taking cash from an bank account and not delivering the service is a breaking of EULA??.
Same principal of scamming ey?
soon 48hrs and still nothing, hire more gms... |

Do you actually realized the barbaric reply you have just done?Since when a player complaining about a legitimate problem is the cause for absence of GM action in fixing the said situation?
