Looking to sell this toon, was given to me by a friend who no longer plays. Superb Broadsword pilot, and he will come with one fully fitted as well as some other assets around the Heimetar area. Skills link is below, he has no kill rights and a good sec status.

I beg to differ, there a char's with less abilities and less SP that sell for this price. 3Bil for a 13mil SP toon is reasonable. Also, trades are possible.
