I have searched for a while but not found a good answer... Will ccp put agent level 5 in 0.0 a day ? the question has been already asked ? somoene know the opinion from ccp about this idea ?

The only available L5 agents are empire agents (no pirate agents yet), and they are all in lowsec. CCP said that they will introduce L5 agents Soon™... and that was a long time ago.

Tbh i hope this will never happen for 0.0 factions. The high value of 0.0 faction (pirate) lps is based on the tiny supply in modules, which are offered in their lp store. After the FW lvl 5 mission boost, lvl 5 missions give lots of lp, alliances would jump in (picking the lvl5s without acceleration gates, to do them with their capitals) and flood the market with their massive lps, ruining the price of things like crystal/snake implants, machariels, nightmares and other faction stuff. This way lvl 3 or lvl 4 missions wouldn't be worth it anymore, the few extra lp wouldn't make up the risk compared to highsec, if the lps are down to empire faction level, ninja-missionrunning in hostile space would die. The last form of exciting missionrunning would disappear in favour of another isk-farm for 0.0 alliances - thanks, but no thanks.

Thats what you want. You want a higher supply of these stuff so it gets used in pvp more. All NPC missions are in pirate stations so anybody can raid mission runners. Its ultimate risk running missions insted of almost 100% safe ratting, since you can warp or cloak when you see a enemy in local.

I don't see the issue. What's wrong with certain stuff being hard to get/expensive?
Level 5s are fine as they are. One of the problems lowsec has always had is that you could always get the same thing, but better, in 0.0. I think it's awesome (and it makes more sense lore-wise) that lowsec alone has l5 missions.
