Not at the moment, but that on my todo list.
I am working on a major update for the tool but I need a couple of months to finish it unfortunately. Real life is really busy as we get ready for our twin girls to arrive. Still I work on it whenever I can. :) Creator of The EVE Planetary Planner and The EVE Ships Skills Planner Author of Immortal Warriors |

Hi.
Great tool. Just the thing I need to get me thinking about doing PI again.
One question though. I can't seem to get the "find" function to work..
Have tried several combos.
The only thing that shows is if I have all types unchecked, and security level 0.0.
Then it returns only the system I'm searching on one line, but security status is 0,and no types are showing.
Is there a setting I'm doing wrong?

Version 7.1.7 is out.
I fixed an issue reported by zinner Antollare and ArthurDent68 regarding the 'Find' feature. Now the tool should be able to find the systems no matter the number format Creator of The EVE Planetary Planner and The EVE Ships Skills Planner Author of Immortal Warriors |

Sorry for the lack of update/support lately. My wife is soon due to deliver our twins, so with our 2 year old son running everywhere I am quite busy taking care of everything at once. Still, I am working on a major update of the tool. I have hope to be able to have it ready in a couple of month (it is THAT major). I will still try to fix bugs whenever I have time. Version 7.1.8 is available.
Added support to show a warning when some dependencies needed by the tool are not met. Basically when the EVECacheParser dll is not in the tool folder Creator of The EVE Planetary Planner and The EVE Ships Skills Planner Author of Immortal Warriors |

Congratulations on the new born pilot and hope that Mrs Ideki is doing fine.
If I may, may I ask for further clarification on the Exctractor on the Planets Plan?
The two items that I am not sure what to enter are the 'Nb Heads' and 'Total Qty'. In my Exactor Control Unit surveying program I have just one of the Extator Head Units selected and the value next to that is 53.08
If I enter 53.08 into the Qty box then I am getting error messages.
I don't think that I am entering the correct data because the CPU and Power values required by the Control Centre are different to what I am seeing on screen.
Thanks ever so much and, again, congatulations. GÇ£No man ought to commit his life into the hands of that Physician, who is ignorant of Astrologic: because he is a Physician of no value.GÇ¥ - Nicholas Culpeper |

I am sorry that the 'How to' section is not up to date. I am working on a new version of the tool that I hope to get out in maybe 1-2 months. Then I will redo the 'How to'.
Meanwhile, to answer your question you can read the News entry I posted about the Extractor Heads when I introduced them into the tool:

It was an eventful night, and days after that. Things did not go all that well. A few pilots know the story because they asked directly. I am guessing it is better if I talk about it here. Forgive me to use the EVE universe for it, but I think of it as a form of respect.
Quote:During the night, there was a water break in the mothership. After warping to the nearest station with an hospital, it was decided that the mothership section C would be open in emergency. Two girl pods out. The first pilot 'Erika' was breathing a bit fast, but adjusting well to navigating in her new environment. The second pilot 'Naomi' was not so lucky. Her pod showed various problems without any causes that could be identified at first. She was transferred to a special capsule that could stabilize her condition. Two days later I flew my Iteron with the mothership and Erika in her first Velator back to the home station to get some rest. For a week I flew back and forth my fastest ship to the hospital to be at Naomi's side during the day. In the end it was discovered that a genetic problem caused extensive damage to her brain without hope for repair or cloning. So the decision was made to stop the special capsule and see if Naomi would fight back to be able to fly with us as a fleet. If she was to fight, then so would we. If she wanted to say goodbye and be at peace, we would accept it. I flew back the mothership to the hospital. Within 2 hours outside of the pod she passed away peacefully in our arms. It was a very difficult and sad trip back home and the following days have not been fun. But at least we have Erika and our son with us that are healthy. Erika has upgraded her ship to an Imicus and is now actively scanning the world in awe with its beauty. Her big brother is already flying his Incursus wreaking awoke around the home station. But he flies his ship mainly to protect his little sister which he loves dearly and cover with kisses everytime his hands and mouth are clean. Our children are what makes the pain bearable, and pushes us to go forward. They deserve all the love and happiness we can give them. We will always love our three children even if only two of them are here to fly with us. Creator of The EVE Planetary Planner and The EVE Ships Skills Planner Author of Immortal Warriors |

Really nice effort :)
+1 from me
I just got some feedback for thought. :)
it would be much more user friendly if there was the ability to "copy paste" part of a planetary setup or be able to add multiple structures of the same type at once or able to import a saved plan to my current working plan. if for example one wants to make something like the following it requires a lot of clicking
+-->A-->|_| +-->B-->|_| ---->E +-->C-->|_| +-->D-->|_|
+-->E-->|_| +-->F-->|_| ---->I +-->G-->|_| +-->H-->|_|
while i could make +-->A-->|_| then I would copy paste or save and import so as to have +-->A-->|_| +-->B-->|_|
and so on and so forth

I know I said I would have the new version ready for Rubicon.
But I had a few things going on IRL, and I got some new ideas I wanted to also add to the new version. Long story short: I will need a little bit more time. I will try to get it out before January. But I think you will like all that I added. :) Creator of The EVE Planetary Planner and The EVE Ships Skills Planner Author of Immortal Warriors |

Great tool!
I am having issues with the Resource Selector however.
- I go to Planets Plan - Add Planet (type doesn't matter) - Select Command Center (type doesn't matter) - Add Storage Facility or Launchpad - Click the Storage Content icon - Click the Add button - Select Product Level 2 - Select Coolant - Quantity defaults to 1 - OK button is disabled and volume shows as 0
Now, i can add any P0 or P1 product, however once i select P2 or above from the drop-down, no matter what product is selected, or what quantity is entered, the volume is always 0 and the OK button is disabled.

Still viable to use.
I am still working on the new version whenever I have time. A baby and toddler are taking a lot of my time at the moment.
I have a lot of new features and changes coming. Basically I redesigned/rewrote the whole tool. As for a release date, I do not know. I had hope to release it at the same time as Rubicon, but IRL things happened and delayed me.
And then I had an idea to help with the lack of API for PI that actually works (I tested it myself)
So that took away time from the development as well. Now I am back on track, and fixing bugs in the new version as well as putting back together features from the old version.
So maybe in 1 month I can have something worth releasing. Maybe not. I depend on how busy I will be.
I am not fixing bugs in the current version because I want to fix them in the new version. Hence the lack of updates.
Sorry for the delay. But I think it is worth it and most people will like the new version. Creator of The EVE Planetary Planner and The EVE Ships Skills Planner Author of Immortal Warriors |

Hi,
Great tool - one question though; The find tool doesn't seem to work? I can enter any system on the left but regardless of what I change on the right, hitting find gives no results. I have your latest version of the "systems" file downloaded.

Hi,
What did you set for the Nb Jumps ? And planets type?
Could you maybe take a screenshot and link it ? because the feature works perfectly for me. So I am guessing something is wrong in your settings.
Thanks.

no problem. I take any 'customer' issue seriously. The only reason I haven't fixed more bugs lately is becomes I am trying to work on the new release. But I get tired and lazy.
