Indeed. Too many.
We regularly (or at least semi-regularly) have nights out in glasgow as an eve gathering and generally get 20-30 people coming to them.
We might have a couple of celebs coming to the next one, watch this space.
oh and BTW i'm from Hamilton

im from glasgow too (east-ish)
dont play eve much any more - no time, though i do love to stay in touch with the gossip.
I also attend the gaming centre R sharpe does (along with 4/5 others), Linkage here, username Chris29, hope to see you's all there if not im defo up for a wee meeting.

So it's been a while since I organised one. The Aberdeen one I couldn't go to and didn't get any swag for. And the one before that In Glasgow didn't have a huge turnout.
We had been meeting for a few of them in OHerny's opposite the Horseshoe bar. But I have been contacted by someone from Microplay, a online gaming centre in central Glasgow who is willing to host an evening.
Now my first thoughts would be 1)it may cost a bit and 2) we could arrange a Scottish PVP tournament with proper fights rather than that mining p**h they've arranged for fanfest.
Thoughts anyone?

Not overly fussy about the play EvE part there.. I'd be there moreso for the beer and stories! Defo should arrange another meet however.
RU Sirius, do you want to arrange another one for Glasgow? Or ya wanting me to arrange another for Aberdeen, (albeit in a quieter pub to meet up only 3 of us turned up for it. Though LLeugh was wandering around aimlessly looking for us while drunk from what he was telling me)

Hey RU Sirus...... as i said to you in game im part of a gaming clan and a fair few of us play eve, we even orginise LAN parties... so we would be interested in meeting up and i think from the posts on here that there should be a good wee attendance :) ..... ill get the other guys to post up here to show there interest :)
