Today four humble and loyal citizens formed an Exceptional Temporary Council in order to handle the gathering of Jovian parts needed by the State : ManicMiner the NFEI CEO, Aerynth a SAK top mark graduate, Xrak a DDNN employee and Jera the Drink Starsi™ Founder.
Since the official nonimation of the State Head Salesclerk by the Chief Executive Panel has not yet been released, and considering that time is running short, the Exceptional Temporary Council will handle the patriotic donations and gather the Jovian liver bile. As soon as the State Head Salesclerk will be in charge, the Exceptional Temporary Council will be disbanded, all donations and acquisitions being transfered to the nominated official.

I am certain that the council will act in accordance with all Caldari Business and donation laws and will be a great success. I am already gathering pieces with a view towards a tax-deductable donation and a trade sale.
I look forward to speaking more with the council members and others involved in this great Caldari endevour.

The ETC (Exceptional Temporary Council ) is a welcomed as a interim commitee to handle collection of liver bile. Action needed to be taken as soon as it was possible to co-ordinate our efforts.
We will therefore re-double our efforts now on collecting the remains of Misu Baniya.

It is truly a grand sight. Masses of isk changing hands, taxation and deduction, subcontracting for obtaining supply, and, of course, wheeling and dealing to trade pieces of the Jovian Directorate Emmisary. Truly a grand sight, and makes one proud to be Caldari.

Just to make clear. After the ETC is disbanded the CEC (Caldari Executive Council) will take over. The four councillers will be appointed by the CEP (read this)

Spread the word to all corners of WEVE. Where there is a caldari and a profit to be had, let the word be spread of the actions of the Exceptional Temporary Council and the gathering of the pieces of the late Misu Banyia.
Contact a member of the council or speak to patriots in "Caldari State Citizens". The gathering is going well, but we need to increase our rates of collection through buying, bartering or donation.

I am much encouraged by the pulling together by the Citiznens so far. I have hope for a satisfactory result in an event the like we have not seen before.
We the Caldari have a chance to forward the goals of our Race in a time when much is due to change and the advantage of Jovian favour is not to be dismissed lightly. You do not know the effect that may be within our grasp.
I urge anyone who has a "second thought" to be calmed by the knowledge that what you do with the Jovian parts is for the future of all citizens and not for the few ....

SCC Announces Date For Commencement of Jovian Part Trade
SCC spokesmen today released a statement explaining that the moratorium placed on the upcoming Jovian body part trade has been extended until Wednesday of next week.
According to the statement, issued on behalf of Commission CFO Rayla Netho, the setting of the new date is due to the tlogistical problems inherent in an undertaking of this size. There is no precedent for this kind of market venture, and extreme caution needs to be exercised in order to protect economic stability.v
The statement also contains details on SCC-proposed changes to the buy-back proceedings. In order to facilitate participation from a larger number of individuals, the minimum order size for each part will be reduced from the previously-planned 1000 units to more manageable sums, corresponding to each partFs relative rarity.
More details will be released once the SCC has finalized the arrangements.

Empires compete to collect Baniya - winner gains favor of Jove
Tunai Moran, CONCORDFs Jovian representative, stated today that to further encourage the collection of Misa Baniya, the parties that assist the Empires in this undertaking would get limited blueprints of prototype cloaking technology. The technology being developed by Jove assistance at CONCORD is rumoured to originate from Crielere labs.

As a business man, its in my best interests to understand how it is that those of us who donated to Caldari winning this 'race' of nations would benefit from this release of technology.
I put the question to you Council members, what exactly are your plans regarding these blueprints?
Personally, I won't be taking my part back, but I'm a profit driven man. Tell me, how will the council share out possible profit from this venture, seeing as by contribution we are almost equivalent of shareholders in this situation?

The council will come to you with an official public release on how it will handle this new situation. All i can say now is that there is no way to grant each contributor a blueprint nor a cloaking device.

My dear Jera, as a concerned member of Caldari State and someone who truly cares for our state, could you pelase enlighten us as to advances that we have made so far in this gory 'race'?
Some of are unable to view the logs of our progress that you have made available elsewhere and since a vast majority of those who show interest are able to meet here would it not be possible to show us a holoreel or even a hardcopy report of the Councils progress?
I'm sure that all of us here would be best pleased with a delightful report of how far we are ahead.
