Same here - corpmate sugegsted that you need ot refresh your SiSi folder from Eve main client, which I tried but it's still reporting 'Incompatible (Release)' on the login screen. |

Same problem for me, and I cant seem to get a different patch. I deleted everything and reinstalled the current eve version, then upgraded the sing patch and I still get the same error.
Anyone got any thoughts? |

Mabye they finally got eve running perfectly, or they might have no clue at what they have done this time but i guess all that we can do is wait for them to get it back up and running

Same problem here. Just updated from TQ version to 57913 today and can't log in "Incompatible (Release)".
No official response yet I guess.

Like it was stated earlier, the test release of Singularity is the same version as Tranquility. With that said, all that needs to be done is to copy the existing EVE folder into another folder of your choice, example "C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE TEST". Then create a shortcut pointing to the folder you copied referencing this target in the shortcut, "C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE TEST\eve.exe" /server:87.237.38.50
As a matter of fact, at this point, since the builds are no different, you could also just create a second shortcut with the above target and save yourself a couple GB of HDD space...
Should be good to go.

I think the problem we may have been running into was that we (I know I) hadn't installed the optional patch. This caused connecting to the test server to think we needed a patch (to a build 57913) that wasn't actually running on Sisi.

The Game Development Forum is a better place for test server discussion/issues.
