Ok, if i just want to get into warp really really fast, which is better??
I just want to uncloak after i jump, and get into warp asap.
Which is better? |

Inertial Stabs are better for what you want....
However.....
Like many modules, the more you use, the less each additional module helps.
A mix of Inertials and Nanos can be best if you have a lot of lows, but do error towards more inertials than nanos.
Play nice while you butcher each other.

I might be mistaken here, but after you have jumped you don't need time to align, the ship will just align straight away and start to accelerate, contrary to warping after undocking from a station where you need time to align.
At least thats what we found out experimenting, anyone know this exactly?
So all nanofiber should be the way to go, even more so since your signature increases when using inertia stabs.

i think it doesnt matter if you need to speed up or turn&and speed up. everything thats more beneficial for turning & accelerating is also more beneficial for accelerating alone.
both are mass&agility dependant in the same way. |

You're right up to this point - ships in EVE act more like particles than say the spaceship in Asteroids, so from a stationary start they can accelerate in any direction just as quickly. Which is why it's not true that when doing a cold warp from a gate camp you should try to warp to something "you're pointing towards", since at zero speed you don't have any momentum in any direction so it will take the same time to align to anything.

Not actually true. "Align time" doesn't refer just to the time to change direction so that you're moving towards an object (which is zero from a cold warp as you say), but also the time it takes to accelerate to 3/4 top speed. P'uck is right that increasing your agility will increase your acceleration, so istabs are better (all things being equal). In fact both nanofibers and istabs increase your acceleration in the same way, by increasing your effective agility (istabs by increasing your agility modifier, and nanos by decreasing your mass).
As for the stacking penalty, with istabs giving 20% agility bonus and nanos giving 12.5%, if you're going for pure align times and don't care about the secondary benefit of nanos giving MWD speed boost:
1 slot: istab 2 slots: 2 x istab 3 slots: 2 x istab, 1 x nano 4 slots: 3 x istab, 1 x nano 5 slots: 3 x istab, 2 x nano 6 slots: 3 x istab, 3 x nano
