Now i dont know how you guys run youre eve client and what tweaks and whatnot youre using. But i got an iMac (the 20" 2.0 Ghz w/ ATI Radeon HD2400 gpu) and i get kind of bad frame rates 25-35 fps while warping and sometimes below 10 fps at missions even lower if i zoom in close. What im wondering is, is there anyway of improving this? Will it go better under bootcamp, altough i havent install bootcamped on my iMac im willing to do so for an extra 10 fps if i can get it.

I'm getting similar framerates on a MBP with an NVidia 8600MGT and on a Mac Pro with an Nvidia 8800GT. You will get better framerates in Windows the cider emulation layer eats about 25% of the FPS compared to windows. However there is an ongoing bug in Trinity 1.1 that has caused a loss of FPS depending on how many moons/planets are in the system. Wait till tuesday since the Trinity 1.2 patch should fix it, then see what your framerate is, if you still want to boost it after that you are in a much better starting place.

Okey thx for the answer, do you have any idea of how much fps the multiple moons bug can be eating up cause ive been experiencing this fps since they released the mac client (or sort of).

Probably a fair amount. My FPS in space seems to vary a good bit.
Anyway a faster graphics card probably won't help, EVE uses less than half of mine (except in stations where I get 100+ FPS) and it's lousy. ------------------------------------------------- Mac Graphics Performance Guide <3 my Drones |

Unfortunately I only got the Mac Pro after the 1.1 update so I've no comparison. However my MBP lost about 50% of it FPS going from trinity 1.0.1 to trinity 1.1
