I have a folder in my peoples and places that had about 20 bm's I want to delete. However I cannot remove them. I have tried several things to see if it is an isolated problem.
1. Delete bm already in folder - didn't work
2. moved same out of folder and tried to delete - didn't work
3. Made new bm at random and tried to delete from base folder - didn't work
4. moved same to a random folder and tried to delete - didn't work
There doesn't seem to be any work around that I can se, but if anyone knows how to delete them I would be thankfull.

Ctrl + drag to hangar and Trash it.
Ctrl + drag to cargo container and blow it up.

I had a similar problem. I found that left clicking on the BM to highlight it, then right click and select remove location worked for me.

Thats what isn't working...
Thanks for the advice Josh, I knew there might be something I was not thinking of and there was. I forgot you could drag them to the hangar. I will try it as soon as I log on.

After dragging into the hanger, can you then trade the bookmark to someone else? For instance if you wanted to share the location of a hidden field, but didn't want to take the person there yourself??

That is possible. As well as selling bookmarks.
