Does the Covert Jump Portal Generator work on SISI? And what fuel does it use? I've seriously tried to search for the answer before asking here. Thanks.

They do work. It's actually a passive module and takes only cap to use (no strontium or fuel).
Have somebody in your gang open the cyno to jump to (it doesn't have to be a covert one). If they broadcast the cyno, you'll notice you only get the option to jump to using your regular jump drive. Instead, go into your gang window, right-click their name and you'll get a new option next to "jump" -- something along the lines of "jump bridge." Click on that and you'll open a portal to the cyno. Once again, no fuel cost for this, only a small amount of cap. The portal looks like a roiling black cloud (it's quite massive, won't go unnoticed on sisi :) ) and will stay open for 20 seconds.
For other ships in your gang to use it, they need to move within range of you and right-click to select "jump through to <system name>". This takes fuel out of your own cargo and not theirs. I assume this must be the same type of fuel your ship needs to jump, but I have not yet tested that.
Finally, the amount of fuel it costs to jump a ship depends on its mass. With zero skills, it costs 1 isotope per 16,250 kg of mass per LY of distance. Jump portal generation reduces this total by 10% per level.
Good luck!
